This PP story is starting to really depress me. I watch OUAT to escape the cruel world and I have a feeling that I am going to cry a lot.

Having recently re-watched season 1 over the course of a few marathon sessions, I’ve re-discovered how heart wrenching the show is overall. It really is rather depressing a lot of the time.

PP is a boy in the story but I don’t know if I’d call him good. He’s mischievous, a little egotistical, and reckless. Maybe @angiebelle or @Josephine can help me out here, but didn’t we once talk about how Disney couldn’t stand PP because he thought he was creepy?
PP is supposed to be very “Pan” like (as in the god) which is to say a bit of a rascal.

But I take your point.
But there are also various levels of cruelty and different types.

I just want to add this point, does anyone think that Gold being in his classic Rumpelstiltskin outfit means that maybe he’ll slowly go full Dark One Rumpel on us as the season progresses?

Possibly. I think this season could deal with the whole dark one storyline culminating in Rumple’s “undoing” which could lead on into next season with Rumple having to deal with not being the dark one any more. Hope Rumple would still have some magic though even if he’s not as powerful. Rumple without magic is like beer without alcohol-just not right.

I think he will get darker and darker until something happens that snaps him out of it and then he tries to sacrifice himself for Henry and this is his “undoing” which really means he loses his Dark One’s power, if only temporary.

I’ve got a theory of watching this video.

Felix told Rumple that if he is looking the boy, then he will not survive. I wonder if the lost boys knew that Henry will be Rumple’s undoing. We know that Peter Pan and Rumple know each other and since Felix stated that Rumple won’t survive if he is looking for Henry, he could know that Henry is Rumple’s undoing. Either that or Felix is so confident that nobody stands a chance on getting Henry back.

Just thinking outside the box here  after seeing that sneek peak of 3×01 The Heart Of The Truest Believer I got to thinking and I came up with this wild theory.  First off I think Tamara intended to kill both Neal and Emma in the canary but wasn’t expecting Emma to fight back or Neal to try and stop her so when she used the bean to open the portal she thpought that tsending the two of them to another world that she would have an easy shot at taking Henry before Storybrooke was destroyed.  I  suspect  that PP knew Bae was Rumple’s son when he had the shadow bring him to Neverland in 2×21 & 2×22 Second Star To The Right and Straight On Til Morning  If Greg(Owen) & Tamara are working for PP and Felix then it’s a real good possibility that when Neal introduced Tamara to Henry she and Greg(Owen) could have told PP & Felix that they found the boy that have been looking for.  I’m betting that they let told Felix & PP that Henry is Bae’s son & Rumple’s grandson and was then ordered to bring Henry to Neverland.  If PP is “someone we all should fear”  I’m wondering if PP wants to use Henry as a way to get to Rumple & Bae.  I’m beginning to wonder if PP & Rumple have some kind of blood feud like Snow & Regina have .

To wild of a theory ?

I believe based on the sneak peek  that this confrontation between Rumple and Felix is indeed Present Day Neverland

Um, I couldn’t tell but does Gold no longer has his limp, I didn’t see a cane with him.  It would make sense for him to get rid of it considering there on a muddy Island and having a limp would give him a  physical disadvantage.

It’s highly possible that Peter Pan knows Henry will be Rumpelstiltskin undoing because since Peter Pan new what Henry would look like hundreds of years before he was born so that must indicate Pan has either future seeing abilities or know’s someone with those abilities
