Maybe the hiatuses have took their toll on viewers? I don’t know, I don’t feel that exited myself. I glad the hiatus is over, but I won’t dance happily on the room either. Maybe I’ve moved on and lost interest.
When the cats away the mice do play” and people drift away from their favorite show to fill time, and sometimes they find other things to watch that capture their attention and don’t take so much time off between episodes. I haven’t done that, but I would say by the ratings drop some have.
I must confess, It’s my case. I’ve started to watch Doctor Who, then GoT, then others show that are capturing pretty much my interest and attention. So Once just have slumped in bottom of my watch list. I must say that I was slowly loosing interest with the show this season. I don’t know why, maybe it’s the story, or all that annoying breaks, or something else. The sad fact is I don’t know if I’m going to come forward after this summer.

What do you think the reason is? Hook was out for a while, so could it be that? Is it anything else?

Yea, I am getting that way too this episode doesn’t look very good to me, I keep thinking the episodes will get better but they seem to lack something this whole season. That last episode on The Price Of Magic what a joke they way I read it we would get behind the scenes stuff but a recap.
I think everybody has a different opinion about what makes a good episode. For some it’s Hook, for others it’s Rumple, and for still others it Regina or Snow or Charming, ect. But they can’t play to every single one of us. That would be a nightmare.
Personally, I think Lacey looks spectacular but I’m a die hard Rumbeller and Rumple fan. But I also like seeing everything. I think these last 4 episodes are going to be intense, fun, interesting, and create massive amounts of conversation.

I don’t hate Rumbelle, but RS isn’t why I watch the show, and I feel like I’ve been drowning in him. I wish they’d spread attention they give to the characters over everybody evenly. If I have to see one more tragedy for the Charming Family, or if I have to see more drama queen activity for pooooooor Belle, I think I’ll gag! I hope next season is different.

I’m not a Hook fan, so it can’t be that. Really, I can’t explain very well, it happened 😕

The thing is, for me, I fear it will be the only real intense and interesting episodes of all the season. I learnt with TV Show that even if a show isn’t that good at least the few last episodes of a season are often much more interesting and improve in quality than the entire season alone.
You are getting a lot of RumBelle here on the forums because a lot of us here are big fans of Rumple and/or Belle. On the show itself, Belle has had about 5 minutes of screen time since she fell over the line in “The Outsider” way back in December.
I think “Lacey” looks wonderful too, but like RumplesGirl, I’m a bit biased. However, there will be great non-RumBelle stuff too as we deal with everything else that is going on. I think the last 4 episodes will be incredibly epic. I can’t wait! I think the second season has been much better since they got Emma and Snow back to Storybrooke- the show felt a bit disjointed when they were having to divide the narrative into threes.

I think the H&K are taking back control of the situation… they released multiple sneak peeks this season and the numbers tumbled … maybe they think that by releasing so much information it took away the mystery and suspense… so by holding back their might be more people who watch the original broadcast on Sunday night driving up the numbers….. JUST MY OPIONION .

.I’m excited but the hiatus isn’t -really- over. Also, the sad thing is that we get a month of episodes, regular shots of our drug, and then they pull the plug for the whole summer at least. So part of me fears the end of hiatus.
