Very very interesting, I noticed that uniform too but it reminded me of Rumple’s doll with the blue and white trim called to mind Naval Captains. I wonder what deal Hook made to get off the island too, and just what was the first time Hook encountered NL. So very curious about Pan too, how he met Rumple as a boy.

So I was just watching the little mermaid again tonight. I knew I’d seen Prince Eric in blue:

I do like that the way they’ve dressed Navy Killian is exactly how Eric dresses. Even if it’s not a Hookriel sign, it has caused this little boat of ours some cheer.

It was a “ship” heavy episode, and it was also where we first met Tiny. When we finally saw his story later on, it worked as a kind of Ariel place holder. They apparently wanted Joanna in season 1,and have said for awhile they had an arc in mind for her.

NICE! And if we’re right that the Eric twist is that he owes alliegance to Ursula, it could be that Eric and Ariel really don’t get some sort of happily ever after because he chose his sea goddess over Ariel.
