Like most of you i’ve noticed names seem to be important on the show. The only info i found on the name Lacey is that it’s french and comes from the word lace. Not any clues there. But then i was looking at lace on wikidpedia and surprise guess what i found…”The word lace is from Middle English, from Old French las, noose, string, from Vulgar Latin *laceum, from Latin laqueus, noose; probably akin to lacere, to entice, ensnare.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lace). The latin form of lace means to ensnare…now whom do we know that was trying to capture rump’s power and can use magic to transform herself or use them through the power of their heart? Yes i think regina is using lacey. But now her magic is gone so is the heart spell still going to stay in place? If not could someone else be using magic to control bell such as Greg and Tamara?
Feel free to dispute or poke holes in my theory i don’t mind.

Having now had the advantage of seeing the rest of the season, I think maybe A + E named Lacey that because she likes to entice and ensnare men, not because anyone else was using her to do so.

It might also be a reference to her memory loss, since lace is full of holes.
