I’m so excited! But I have a feeling that Hook will be hit by the car at the end of the episode, so its a cliffhanger. I wonder if it's Emma who tasks Dr Whale to help Hook, because I think she would be the only one he would listen to, other than Charming or Snow who I doubt would help him. I thought Smee might be the one to help him at first but then I highly douby Whale would listen to Smee.

Someone appears to fall off the roof of the car, and I’m guessing it’s gotta be Hook. He probably goes to shoot Rumple, Belle gets in the way, she falls down, then Barrett’s car comes speeding along, Rumple rolls Belle outta the way, and Hook gets rolled up and over the car. Then cue the end credits.

Did anybody ever watch that show “My Name is Earl”, and how Earl’s “karma” would bite him back every time he did something bad, and he’d have to make up for it? Maybe it’s time Hook realized his revenge ideas aren’t going to work so well in his favor.

I’ve just thought of something, and this probaby sounds stupid and most likely wont happen…
But what if its actually Hook driving the car that almost hits Rumple, because the car seemed like it was aiming for him.
Maybe the outsider drove to where Belle is, saw her on the ground and got out to help then Hook quickly gets in and tries to hit Rumple but hits the man instead.
Because from what I could see in the canadian promo, the person who got hit by the car would have worse injuries than the person inside. So that might be why the outsider needs surgery and Hook just needs to be stitched up.
And I know that Hook has just arrived in SB and is getting used to his surroundings, but he already knows what a gun is, so maybe he know how to drive a car too, but he can’t exactly control it and thats why he hits a tree.

I know this sounds a bit out there, but then again this show is unpredictable..

Hope this makes sense.

Poor Belle – always getting hurt because of Rumple's enemies. I hope she doesn't lose her memories!

Also…

I know the outsider is going to be played by Ethan Embry…but I am honestly bummed that it's not Neal driving that car. Especially if Neal is who we think he is. 😎

It looks like the flashback is when Regina captures Belle, who then yells she’ll never stop fighting for Rumple. I’m glad to see she’s taking a more active role now.
