There’s a bit in the promo where you see Charming uncovering a cage on Hook’s boat, so they had him captured before they came to SB and he’s been hidden on the boat until now.
Regarding David’s name, my money is on Joseph, coz it fits with Mary as names for parents of the Saviour, and James and Joseph is also a cute pair of names that Ruth, (another Biblical name) would have given her twin babies.

Maybe they were triplets and that’s why the Giant confuses Charming for Jack. dont know if that was technically a spoiler, but better safe..The photos/rumours of the giant going nuts at Charming does suggest that either Charming or his twin…. or his triplet (???) was Jack of giant killing fame.
And I *like* that idea of a storyline 🙂

I’m curious about the hole that was in the filming pictures that they said Charming was pulling someone from over and over again.

It looks like doesn’t have his cane. He probably had to put it through the security scanner. 🙁 Hence the stumbling and Emma reaching out just in case.

Has anyone been able to find a promo that would have aired in Canada? They usually are slightly different than our American versions and tend to give away different details. I’ve done a little searching, but can’t find anything…
From what I’ve heard they did not get one this time…if it isn’t on the OUaT wiki then they probably don’t have one yet…the wiki is pretty good at getting them up as soon as they hit the web. Today’s Sunday though…We may be getting a new promo tonight sometime. 😀
