Did you also noticed that while Mr. Gold was healing, -and his name re appearing in the dagger blade- his moonstone ring changed its colour? It seemed to have inside it the violet smoke of magic.

So i wonder… what is that ring? it almost seems as a sort of receptacle of…. magical powers? the Dark One? Mr Gold is more human than post Dark One Rumpelstilskin was… is it because his human self is in his body and his Dark One self is in the ring?

Now I’m quite curious about it… did I miss something? :S :S

Was just gonna mention his tweet with the ring on the script, but you beat me to it by about 60 seconds, SpinningGold. 😛 I hadn’t noticed it changing colour during the ep, will keep an eye out for it on re-watch, but now I’m highly suspicious, given Robert’s photo.

Ooops…. ok, i was speaking just about the scene in the episode, i’ve seen the picture, but i thought it was pre episode aired and into spoilers section, thought didn’t fit there. 😳

I am so excited, I love that ring… If only a chunk of moonstone that big was in my budget… Then again, not sure if the stone in the ring is real… It looks so different up front…Gotta look into other stones like water opal too (even more expensive)
