Tonight Cyrus gave the rules of magic. There are 4
1) Cannot bring back people from the dead
2) Cannot change the past
3) Cannot make anyone fall in love
4) He cannot kill
Knowing this, what does Jafar wish for the Genie to do once Alice has spent her wishes?

I mean Cyruy can’t do that but maybe he can give other people the power to be the exception of the rules.

I doubt this. I think the can’t kill rule is one that is simply Genie code, u CAN use magic to kill someone but u are forbidden to. But the others seem to be magical limits, meaning its just impossible to accomplish. However I think the the change the past rule is possible but forbidden for genies.
Really. This whole thing with rules of magic confuses me. Do they apply to genies or every magic user? I f so then why did Jafar just use magic to turn a bunch of peasants into dust if u can’t kill with magic.

I think they might just apply to Genies. Because obviously magic users like Regina and Rumple have no problem.

Dead. Is dead. (of course this is almost negated by the fact that they did sorta bring Daniel back….)
However, I wonder if GENIES can. In Aladdin when the blue Genie is telling Aladdin the rules he says he doesn’t LIKE bringing people back from the dead because it’s not pretty.

That’s true too. But maybe Jafar doesn’t know that or doesn’t CARE? Running theme: desperate souls do desperate things. Maybe he wants his sister/brother/lover back so much that he’ll do anything. You know how they like to play with villains
