Yeah that is great sjm. I really love that they are using the original illustrations. The one with Alice and the Caterpillar was also from the first edition as well.

The telescopes in “Hat Trick” are a nod to Through the Looking Glass, right? As is, of course, the tea party little Grace is having in FTL. 🙂
Looking glass is another term for mirror, not telescope. We saw Jefferson and Regina go through the looking glass (i.e. mirror) to enter Wonderland. You may be thinking about the term spy glass, which means telescope.

I noticed a teapot in the foreground in the last scene where Jefferson truly becomes the ‘Mad’ Hatter. I wonder if this is the teapot that the door-mouse resided in & if so, does anyone know if it’s the same teapot he uses to serve Emma tea with in SB?
It’s old and probably everyone knows about it, but I wanted to point out that the castle where Snow and Charming is, has the same shape etc than the Snow White’s castle in the Disney film. 😉
Malificent’s castle and her dragonly body are the same as in Sleeping Beauty
