If you look closely, you’ll see a belt, hood and gloves that look *exactly* like Neal’s FLT outfit.
Ok. Deep breaths. I did take a closer look at the hooded figure, and I can see why some people might think it’s Neal, but I don’t think so. If you look at the images side-by-side, the material is not the same. Neal wears leather under his cape. The hooded figure is wearing textile fabrics.

Phee pointed this out in another place, but the hooded figure who is climbing the walls is wearing a different outfit than the hooded figure in SB. It’s a giant misdirection. A lot of this season is shaping up to be, actually.
Just read this post. I see. So there may be TWO hooded figures: one creepy magical one in the EF who is keeping Rapunzel prisoner and another mysterious hooded figure in Storybrooke, who may or may not be Neal. Got it.

Like kranen mentioned in another thread, the hooded figure in the SB woods looks like it could very well be Neal in his FTL costume. I took kranen’s screencap and did a side by side with a cap of the hooded figure at Rapunzel’s tower, and I don’t think they’re the same person (no belt on the one on the left)…
I think the one in SB woods will be Neal, and the one at the tower will be some other creepy, dark entity. They’ll show us Charming encountering the flashback hoodie at the tower (you can see the top of his head looking out the tower window at the hoodie below), and then we’ll see the SB hoodie approaching him and we’ll all be, “OH NO it’s gonna get him this time,” then they’ll crouch down next to him, throw back the hood and BOOM, it’s Neal checking that Charming is OK.If you look closely, you’ll see a belt, hood and gloves that look *exactly* like Neal’s FLT outfit.

Again, as Phee pointed out, The hooded figure in FTL and the hooded figure in Storybrooke are different. The one in that screencap is FTL.

Ohhh! Interesting idea. I think David could hallucinate about the spinning unicorn mobile, dancing with teenage Emma at her first ball, and then adult Emma falling through the enchanted wardrobe.

Nope, it’s Emma in a ball gown. I think it’s part of David’s hallucination or nightmare.
