It appears that Ana married the White King. So how did she become the Red Queen? Or is that just what she is called because of her penchant for wearing red?

    Holy great clashing colors, Batman!

Would their kids be the Pink Princes and/or Princesses?   😀

I’m really curious about what happened to him.

Probably an unpopular opinion: I liked this character.

Raise your hand if you think the RQ killed the White King to take control of the entire kingdom.

Also, well that escalated quickly. One second Will is waiting below while Ana gets an offer of marriage from the King and the very next second after he proposes, she’s queen, dressed head to toe in jewels.

When you’re king you can do what you want.   😉  Didn’t royals have clerics on call in olden days.  I doubt they were married immediately, more like she’s the Queen Bride, affianced but not yet queen.  A minor technicality they can handle when they go back inside.

She probably did kill him.  Maybe she went through two husbands.  Marry the White King, off him, and then move on to the Red King to do the same.  👿

Jafar did say that she has a stolen crown so I’m betting there is some blood shed involved. RQ and Cora probably teamed up and took down the other monarchs.

Okay. I got a  theories on this. It is possible that the King is White and the Queen is Red because there is a balance between the two side, and when the Red Queen  took over (In my headcannon she got help from Cora because it seems like something she would do) she destroyed the balance and made everything red. Because the crown she was wearing had red jewels not white one. So that  implies perhaps the Kingdom has had a balance between red and white.

I do think Ana probably killed her husband and made the kingdom her own. I hope Cora plays into it somehow. It’d be great to have her back

That would make sense. Gotta be a reason why the King was originally wearing white, but the crown jewels in his castle were red.

They shoulda had him say, “I have proposed to your future Queen, check her out,” rather than making it sound like they’d already gotten married.

I agree that Anna likely killed her own husband (a la Regina) and took power for herself. Because she had blood on her hands, she adopted the title The Red Queen.
