I watched the Paleyfest broadcast and if I’m not mistaken, I think they might have hinted at:
A return of the wraith
Let’s keep in mind that they don’t always stick strictly to fairy tales, i.e. Frankenstein, among other mentions.

Last season they wrapped it up by bringing us back around to where we started FTL-wise so I would be shocked if they just left the Aurora / Mulan / Phillip thread hanging in the wind. It was hinted at (as many of us guessed) that Phillip can be saved so I’d be disappointed if we didn’t address that this season unless there’s a good reason for it. We haven’t seen them in ages and probably won’t until their story somehow overlaps with the people in SB. Perhaps if people are right and something big happens forcing the SB people to leave town, maybe some will go back to FTL and run into Aurora / Mulan and help out
In the meantime have faith that the writers know they left threads and they’re pretty good about eventually getting back to them.
That’s not to say there aren’t plenty of things from season 1 still…but I’ve seen them asked about various threads that I’ve been more concerned about and they’ve said that’s still in play and we might see it soon. Granted the last time I screamed “Dr. Whale isn’t the ONLY one we don’t know, what about Billy the mechanic???” and then got an answer…well, you know how that turned out for Gus Gus. So in some cases maybe it’s better left hanging for awhile.

That’s part of what I love so much about this show!!!! ^_^ It’s so complex that not every little thing can be addressed immediately!!!!This show could easily go on for at least 5 more years!!!!!!ALL FOR ONCE AND ONCE,AND ONCE FOR AAAALL!!!!!!1 😀
