If Emma was already pregnant when she met Neal then he started helping her and wanted to raise the baby with her. If this is true than I hope Neal is Baelfire ( If Emma was telling the truth about Henry’s father to Mary Margaret ). Also that is the reason why Emma kept the yellow beetle because she wanted to keep the memory of Neal helping her.

If Emma said to Mary Margaret was true about Henry’s father then I hope Baelfire is Neal and he wanted to be a father to Henry.
You guys are assuming what she said was true but it might not be. I’m not necessarily calling her a liar, i’m just saying her view of the situation (whatever it is) is probably biased.

Personally, I don’t think she was telling the truth about Henry’s father to Mary Margaret. I think there is more to the story that Emma doesn’t want Henry to know about his father and herself. I always thought she could be lying about him because if she was telling the truth about him, why did she keep his car ( unless it was stolen when they met ).
To me that is another question with Henry’s father and Emma:
If Neal is the father than why did she keep the car.
Whatever she has said about Henry’s father ,whether it was true or not ,and whatever has actually happened between them in the past ,i think it’s pretty clear from her behavior that her feelings towards him are negative.

Yes her feelings are negative, but I think it’s important to keep in mind the difference between hurt and hate. In that epp I got the distinct impression that it was still really hurt about what happened, and that that hurt hadn’t ever really healed. The fact that that still hasn’t healed makes me think that she still has feelings for him.
As for her not having anything of his father’s, I think she lied. I think it was a painful subject that she was trying to avoid as much as possible and i don’t think it would have been possible to explain the car without going into how she got it. Even if she wasn’t trying to avoid talking about Henry’s father, she probably didn’t want to explain how she got it (see promo 2).
