Tonight we met Tiger Lily and learned that she used to be a fairy. Furthermore, she apparently has quite a past with the Black Fairy and feels responsible for not stopping the Black Fairy when she could have. What do you think their history is?
Dunno….maybe she tried to stop the Black Fairy from mining the evil dust or whatever it was. Is she coming back this season? If not, I don’t think we will find out what happened between them.
Keeper of Regina's bravery
The first thing I thought of was that Tiger Lily was somehow Black Fairy’s daughter. The scene where TL revealed she was a former fairy came right after the Black Fairy said to Snow, “No one should have to watch their child die” or something like that. I don’t know how it would work, but that was the first thing I thought when watching it.
Could be this. Maybe Black Fairy thinks TL is dead, and TL wants it to stay that way. Maybe Blue was somehow involved in the fake or near death of Tiger Lily or another child of the black fairy…seeing as fairies are not allowed to have romantic relationships, or simply to protect TL
Keeper of Regina's bravery
Just read this on TV Tropes. Really makes you think:
If you think about it… Tiger Lily is indirectly responsible for every single atrocity committed by The Black Fairy, Peter Pan and Rumpelstiltskin.
If she hadn’t given Fiona those books of fairy lore Fiona wouldn’t have gone over the deep end trying to protect her son.. and become the Black Fairy. Resulting in her banishment by Blue and separation from her family
Then Pan wouldn’t have spent all Rumpel’s childhood bitter over the loss of his wife and resenting his son for indirectly causing it. Which lead him to abandon his son and became Pan so he could have power and stay young.
And of course if Rumpel hadn’t been abandoned by both his parents after growing up with a father who resented him he wouldn’t have so fiercely protective of Bae to the point where he was willing to become the Dark One to save him
Hell you can probably add Cora, Zelena and Regina to the list of villains indirectly created by Tiger Lily’s actions as Rumpel taught them all, rejected Zelena… and molded Regina into the woman he needed to cast the curse

#shadytigerlily….or she’s just plain stupid.
So I’m guessing she got banished to NVL like Tink and lost her wings? Maybe NVL is like ex-fairy prison.
The problem with this is that we know Neverland wasn’t Tink’s first stop. “Mother” suggested that she went to Wonderland, at some point (perhaps to crash with Silvermist, as she originates from the Tinkerbell movies), as Cora referenced meeting her. Also, her cameo in “Page 23” indicates that she did return to the EF, at some point.
