If Tink had a hand in Regina’s adoption of Henry, that could connect her in a way to multiple characters.

Question here though, what did they say exactly and how much is the reporter interpreting? No direct quote given, but at CC they did not say on the ship but panel.  Did they confirm “she has met Hook, but it is not  her only connection”  and then the reporter just extrapolated that the other connection is on the ship?

Hmmm. Good point, KFC. I think it’s an E! Online spoiler so I think we should exercise caution, but I think the connection with Hook is going to play out; it makes sense given his long time in NL.

I like the idea of Tink being the adoption lady Gold and Regina would have dealt with. Tink has always been able to travel between worlds, and if PP is perhaps stuck in NL, she would be his right hand girl. I wonder if she becomes human sized when on the ground, like Blue.

Ok, if Tink can move to all different places without a bean, hat etc. Then could she have gotten caught up on the curse in FL and now is in SB. Is Tink the spy passing information back and forth to PP from Tamara/Greg and visa versa?

HappyEndings: You may be on to something. Tamara/Greg were in contact with the HO and getting orders. How? They obviously can’t use a cell phone. Maybe a mirror?

Traditionally Tink can travel between worlds, at least from NL to our world. Once magic was brought to SB, she could have entered the town just like anyone else. She is PP’s spy and passes information to THO who then pass it along to GOAT. That’s why GOAT never knew who they were working for. They got their info and orders fro THO who got it from Tink.

I believe Tink is the spy and I posted this on the RH thread but will post it here too:

You know RH used to rob from the rich to give to the poor perhaps he got the Black Diamond and traded that for the magic bow and arrow from TB? Unless, Snow exchanged the diamond with TB for that fairy dust she used?

TB takes it to PP, then Regina finds out that she needs this diamond to add to her curse so she uses the Hat and meets TB in NL.

While I’m willing to think about the black diamond and PP/Tink, I don’t think Snow randomly came across it.
The diamond always felt very odd to me. There was never any indication in the past that Regina had this fail safe tucked away in case of emergency. Remember, she though she won. She had her victory, so what’s with the backup plan? She isn’t that kind of woman. She’s rash and hotheaded and when she cast that Curse she honestly thought she’d won forever. The diamond felt like a last minute hail-Mary type of writing from the writers who were like “we need to move Regina closer to redemption and find a way to demonstrate Emma’s powers and also get Henry taken by GOAT. I know…black diamond fail safe.” It never really fit with anything we knew about the Curse or Regina. My point is I’m not sure we are ever going to hear about that diamond ever again. It’s purpose has been served and I don’t know if there is a larger story to be told.
With that said, I do think Tink may have been making deals with Regina at the behest of PP. I just don’t know what for. Maybe the diamond, but that would have to be really close to the casting of the Curse. And what does PP get in return?

Perhaps PP, gets more lost boys in exchange for the diamond who knows. You know maybe the reason PP doesn’t want anyone to leave is that because he doesn’t want to be alone?

Why would he need so many to not  be alone?  He also did let Wendy go, in order to catch Bae.   So I don’t think it is as simple as he is lonely.  He has something else in mind, besides searching for Henry, why he keeps the boys he takes.

I agree with RG–the diamond had, what I”ve seen described as a plot detour feel to it.  There was no build up for the last two seasons, but I do think there was some build up to the idea that even in FTL, Regina did not trust Rumpel.  I think there could be a back story to her seeking out power/teaching from other sources and that could involve her getting involved with Tink and that could involve the diamond.

I dunno that the failsafe diamond would have been Regina’s idea. I imagine it more like someone got in her ear and suggested that because Rumple couldn’t be trusted, maybe a backup plan was in order. I could see that person being Tink, working for PP. Purpose of the failsafe diamond was to wipe out everyone else and isolate Henry. Isolating Henry is what PP wanted. So if all else failed, this was PP’s backup plan to get the kid, not really Regina’s at all, even though she thought it was hers, (just like she thought the Curse itself was for her to get her revenge, but really, it was for Rumple to find his son…but really, it was for PP to get Henry, (if the Curse never happened, Emma never would have met Neal, and Henry wouldn’t even exist)).

Wouldn’t surprise me if the failsafe diamond is seen again. Regina picked it up in the mines, so it’s probably still in her pocket.
