Did enyone notice the similarities between Young Regina in the flashback, her convo with Rumple and then Regina and Tinks convo in the cave in Neverland?

Regina said she needed options she wanted freedom. Rumple said she had non her fate was already laid out – so noone ‘believed’ in her so she jumped from the balcony (she cant fly without Tink believing in her, like Tink cant fly without her wings wich she only has when someone believes in her)- Tink shows up and gave her another chance and another option, though she eventually chose not to take it.

Tink wants revenge and to kill Regina. Regina says she has to make the same choice she ones did she hands her her heart- But she gives her the choice/option not to do it- the fate is in her own hands (symbolicly in the Black Heart, wich is her own future/fate should she choose to crush it)

-so the difference is here Regina puts the choice in Tinks hands whereas Rumple took the choice away from Regina.

Tink choses the right thing- I would think.. and therefor wont go down the same Black road as Regina did.

Regina didn’t jump, he genuinely di fall. She was banging on the metal railing when it gave way.

I know but the writing/acting, both on the balcony and later in the talk between Tink and Regina, offers the question “Did she want the railing to break so she would fall?” It does not give a definitive answer.

So Regina subconsciously magiced the railing to give way? Like HP subconsciously used magic before finding out he was a wizard?

dont know. Perhabs she knew it was loose. But to me whether or not she jumped dont make a huge difference to the point I tried to make in the original post. Wich is that she had no options because she believed Rumple who told her she had non. Tink had options and could make her own choice therebye.
