Interesting! I wonder how the giant goes from being a giant in present day fairytale land to a normal sized guy in Storybrooke. I wonder if Hook had anything to do with it?

Hmmm…interesting. I have a feeling the portal that allowed Emma and Snow to escape present day Enchanted Forest will have some pretty massive consequences. Maybe the two worlds are beginning to bleed into one another.

I knew it! Totally guessed that it’d be the Giant being dragged out of that hole.

Now, when he’s successfully pulled out of the hole can we please get a moment when an exhausted and relieved Anton quietly mutters, “Dude,” to himself. 😛

If Emma’s still out of town at this point, there’s no one around who would recognise him, (assuming he arrives normal person size), except Hook, but I doubt he’s gonna be hanging with the SB residents and will clue them in. He was hanging around when they were shooting that scene though, so perhaps he’s spying on the commotion? Maybe that’s how Hook and Cora will be outed, when Anton is all, “Hook stole my crusty bean to come here, so I whipped up a fresh one to come get him,” and they’ll be all, “Say whaaaaaat, Hook and Cora had a way to get here even without the compass?!”

I wonder if the episode title is because the giant becomes tiny, not blue fairy tiny, but human size tiny. Giants may be giants to us, but to them we are just tiny. I was also wondering if maybe this is our Jack and the Bean stock episode if we get to see the giant, or maybe we will find out what happened after Emma got down from the bean stock.

I’m also curious about how he became human size. Was he originally a human and then became a giant. Did coming to our world make him human size? Did Cora or Hook have something to do with it, because it seems like they have their hands in everything? Was it Regina, the blue fairy or Rumple? My guess is it is either by coming into our world or something that Cora and Hook have done.

My final thought was how did the giant get into our world? Was it due to the portal that Emma and Snow used, or maybe Cora and Hook did not take the journey to Storybrooke alone. I have had my ideas about maybe Cora and Hook took others with them to Storybrooke before but without any evidence until now, I havent expressed the idea. Maybe Cora transformed the giant into human size and placed him in the jail on Hooks ship, and then just hid him in the hole to make him suffer. Why they would do that, I dont know, but it has always seemed like a possibility because I was wondering if Mulan and Aurora would ever make it to Storybrooke and it seemed like the perfect way for them to come without first rescuing Phillip. Maybe them and the giant are just hiding underdeck from Hook and Cora, so we wouldnt know they were there.

I reckon there isn’t much mystery to how he become human size – after all he is now in STORYBROOKE, where everyone has to obey the rules of the world without magic – e.g. Rumplestiltskin doesn’t have the crocodile skin, Gus wasn’t a talking mouse but a human being, Red didn’t change into the wolf until the curse broke – all those details kind of lead to the fact that if the giant would be to come to our world, he would too have to adjust accordingly. On the other hand we have dwarfs that haven’t changed their size a bit, but then again, such short people do exist in our world whereas I haven’t seen one yet that would be as tall as a sky.
