I must say, it looks really well done. It’s used some of the scenes from the original show from what I can tell (Unless they reshot for the show), but I cannot wait for the show!
It’s also going to be airing Thursdays at 8 starting this fall.
[adrotate group="5"]Just saw it, IT WAS AWESOME! Loved the title card too, though I hope it’s an ever-changing one like ONCE’s. It’s always something I look for, to see what’ll be featured in the title card of the show.
Is it me or did they just link Alice with Neverland as well? Are we in for a crossover at some point in next season?
I don’t know if it was a link to Neverland especially – they just said she was fighting pirates and swimming with Mermaids, and they used shots of the Jolly Rodger and the Siren from Lake Nostos, I believe, from previous seasons. Probably because they have not filmed far enough yet.
But I do expect to see crossover – who wouldn’t?
But yes. This show looks amazing.

Not sure if we’d get a crossover as they seem to want to keep it fairly separate but we might see some of our characters in flashbacks for her (like the Queen of Hearts maybe). That being said I’m not entirely sure about the continuity for the sets / lands and how things are depicted. It’s a stand-alone thing but then if both shows are showing a place like Neverland I don’t know what to think.
That being said it looks epic and as excited as I was for it before I am most definitely looking forward to it now!
Sadly it will probably be on against other stuff I watch more than likely but I will find a way to cope because I am a Oncer and want to support my Oncer familly. Is it fall yet???

If this truly takes place before OUAT in the timeline, are we to possibly assume that Alice is not Grace’s mother, just going off the context of the trailer?
Also – I feel the Genie might be a slight Aladdin nod – and great casting. He’s quite good looking 😆
I was a little skeptical about this show as a whole because I was worried that it would take H and K away from OUAT but from what I understand they won’t be show running it, just creators and exec producers. But man! This just got me super pumped. The girl who is playing Alice…she looks phenomenal.

It is still going to be canon to the same universe as OUAT. When the creators said it would be its own thing, they meant that it would be focused on its own set of characters and they are open to specific OUAT characters like Jefferson and Cora guest starring.
