OUAT filming in Steveston/Vancouver has gotten me curious about British Columbia and Canada on the whole.

I am fantasizing about a trip to the Pacific Northwest. Can’t decide whether to stay coastal and tour Seattle, Victoria and Vancouver or to train travel from Vancouver East to Lake Louise. Also would love to see Toronto. So many ideas so little funding!

Would love to hear about others travel experiences in Canada or anywhere for that matter?

The most beautiful city you have experienced and what makes it so special?

I haven’t been to Vancouver but friends who have taken the train in Canada tell me it’s great. I’ve been on the Amtrak Coast Starlight and Empire Builder trains which go to Seattle and found it wonderful – good food, good wine, and so much more relaxed than flying.
