The bottom line is with me concerning whether Regina should be continue to use magic or not really is if Belle didn’t give Rumple an ultimatum to give up all magic, why should Robin ask that of Regina? Now that that’s settled, Robin Hood seems like he is the most logical candidate for Regina! Marian could have possibly died giving birth to a child, or Tamara! And based on the spoilers, this new guy is pursuing Regina, and it’s up to her whether or not to reciprocate! The Bandit and The Queen! I officially ship RegalHood!!!!

The main issue I have with RegalHood is if Tamara is RH’s daughter, then Tamara and Neal’s relationship would take on a squicky factor. Tamara was sleeping with Neal, she was going to marry him and then could have potentially given birth to his child.

If RegalHood happened, Tamara would be Henry’s step-sister, who slept with his father, would have become Henry’s step-mother and could have given birth to his half-sibling.

I have no problem with any of that.  I have a one side of my family where my dad’s uncle was also his cousin.  Sound strange?  No inbreeding needed…I’m not from West Virginia (Sorry, inappropriate Pennsylvanian joke).  What happened was my dad’s cousin on his father’s side married his mom’s sister.  Go far back enough in your genealogy chart, and if you’re from a small town, you might find some surprises in your background.  Scientists aren’t joking when they talk about us all being related if you look back far enough.

While I agree with the theory that Tamara is Robin’s daughter, it would be hilarious if both Marian is alive AND Tamara has no connection to the two of them.  At this point it’s all just speculation.

What about Archie as a potential mate for Regina?  He’s level-headed, the conscience of the Charming’s war council and already knows what she’s capable of but seems very forgiving.  There is that pesky little problem of her mother kidnapping him and framing Regina for the murder, but every relationship has their problems.  😛  Just think, it would be like if Roger got together with  Cruella in 101 Dalmatians instead of with Anita.  Talk about twisted.

I could support EvilCricket though I do wonder if Archie would be a bit too passive for Regina’s character. She’s quite dominant and I don’t think he’d be able to persuade her from a course of action once she’s set her mind to it.

EvilCricket is great. But I haven’t heard anything about Raphael on set.

My problem with regalhood–how do I abbreviate! RH isRobinhood, Regalhood is RRH?  RR?QueenHood? RegalRobin?

I think Regina is in a place similar to that of Kym in the movie Rachel Getting Married. I don’t think she is ready for full on romance yet. She needs to learn to be part of Henry’s family first, confront her past as an abuser and as abused (by Cora).

I agree with that.   Once she learns how to be a part of the Charmings,  then she can find love.
