I’ll join in and say, yes, hoodwinked! Get it? Hoodwinked! And to make it even crazier, I speculated back when “Lacey” aired that Robin Hood is Peter Pan all grown up. Now, how’s that for crazy?

Hoodwinked–egads, that’s great stuff right there, how did I miss that one! You know they do dress similar. If you combine that with my idea that someone is masquerading as the guy Belle met, if it were PP who was that villain all grown up and he actually can leave NL and has before…..and that is why he wants Henry to keep himself from aging any more…
I”m totally confusing myself how it could work without him being in 2 places at once.

I also like the idea that they had a something something during cursed SB. Maybe they can finally clarify just how much free will people had. Maybe Regina is struggling with Baby Henry, and along comes RH and saves her. And he’s good with babies. Helps settle the fussy guy down, changes the diapers, let’s Regina get some sleep. It starts to feel real to her, but she knows she’s holding him in a curse.

This is what I’m hoping for, some sort of interaction between them in SB past that relates to a child and them having a little connection/bonding moment over Henry. Would be nice foreshadowing if they plan to inject Tamara/Robin child/parent issues into the future relationship of RegalHood.

As for the aspect of her maybe considering it but she knows any connection isn’t real for him because he’s not really aware, we can inject her relationship with Graham into that scenario too. If she wants to start something with Robin, she has to end the thing with Graham, unless she intends to cheat on Robin, but if she thinks she could really have feelings for him, she probably wouldn’t want to go that route of cheating on him OR essentially using him, like her dysfunctional arrangement with Graham.

@biell_s that wasn't a spoiler, that was conjecture

I do think we know something. TV Guide spoilers are usually very reliable, and that picture from S3 filming on green screen means ABC trusts TV Guide to deliver solid hints to promote ‘buzz’ for the show. However, I do think Adam has to say that to remain “mysterious” which is why there could be some twist about RH that none of us have guessed yet.

You’re probably right. It’s probably RH but all our theories about their past or present or future are way off.

The words “tragic turn” weren’t in quotes in the article, so we just don’t know exactly what was said. Maybe they said, “But as a general rule, lasting happiness doesn’t come easy for Regina, so there will be obstacles with this romance,” and that became, “producers tell me this romance will take a tragic turn,” in the article because it sounds more dramatic. I wouldn’t expect any relationship Regina has of any kind, not just romance, would be smooth sailing.

Back in S1, Ep. 4, Regina famously said,

People don’t change. They only fool themselves into believing they can.

I hope that whatever “tragedy” that Regina goes through is simply related to her own inward struggle whether or not to embrace love. Basically, I want her to eat her own words and make a change for the better. Really, I’d like to avoid an external trauma like her cursing or murdering any of RH’s relatives (though it’d make for excellent drama, I must admit).

True none of the romances go straight to happy endings.

    It does feel like that.
