Lana just confirmed that 1) Regina’s new love interest is a man and 2) Regina has yet to meet him.

I’m going to comment on anything except to say that here are the possibiities and non possibilities:
OPEN: Robin Hood, Felix, and Eric (I’m putting him here because they haven’t met yet, don’t kill me)
NOT OPEN: Sydney Glass, Hook

Yes Slurpeez brings up a good point. This is a “for now” relationship so far as we know. You never know what is going to happen.

I also think this is not likely an “end-game” thing. Sooooo….maybe more than one LI in her future 😛

Is the Regina romance going to happen within the first 11 episodes or is it a case of we’ll meet the love interest but the romance won’t happen until after Christmas?

Keeper of FelixI really doubt if we actually get a Regina romance in the first 11 episodes. Just that we meet him.
Sometimes you wonder how they’re going to fit in everything they want to do in the first 11 episodes that they’ve talked about. I think this is one thing that’s going to be teased but doesn’t come to be until the second half of the season.
