I think the price of RegalHood happening is that Tamara can’t be RH’s daughter. If Tamara is RH’s daughter then RegalHood can’t happen.
Yes, I agree. The nail in the RegalHood coffin would be if Regina murders Tamara, and she turns out to be Robin’s daughter.

Ad SDCC Lana did say that her favorite kill as Regina was going to occur this season and most of us instantly went “Tamara!”
I still reckon Greg’s the one that Regina is gonna kill. Granted, that may be influenced by wishful thinking, because Regina killing Robin’s daughter would sink the ship, but I honestly do think that when it comes to which one of GOAT Regina feels more personal hatred towards, it’s Greg. Tamara’s really just more of an annoyance as far as Regina’s concerned. With Greg, it’s personal, from way back.
While I agree Regina has a grudge against Greg for torturing her and kidnapping Henry, she also has a twisted sort of love for the little boy, Owen, whom she wanted to “adopt” (okay kidnap, but still). Killing Owen could actually be painful for her. While Regina certainly is capable of murdering the people she loves most (i.e. her father, Henry Sr.), she also has come a long way since then (hopefully). After all, she did just put her life on the line to save her son, Henry. So. maybe Regina would spare Greg/Owen out of pity/guilt for ruining his life and killing his dad. If Regina does kill someone, I think it would be Tamara, who means nothing to her. It would be an easy kill for her and would satisfy Regina’s “need” for bloodlust vengeance. Also, it’d be quite ironic that the woman who abhors all magic would be murdered by the woman who is addicted to magic.

And there was Tamara all shiny and happy and joyful and so he clung to her in an effort to lesson the guilt he feels. I don’t think it was genuine at all.
Yep, that.

As for Regina’s new love interest if not RH or Hook, then I’m betting on someone in NL. There are other pirates there, yes?

I think Neal did love Tamara to the extent where he wasn’t willing to drop her just because Emma had come back into his life.

Keeper of FelixAugust 9, 2013 at 12:19 pm #203881RumplesGirlKeymasterIs that love or more guilt he feels? He has a hero complex and part of that is not hurting people. I think the idea of dropping Tamara just because he saw Emma again goes against whatever moral code Neal has. And Emma wasn’t back in his life, not romantically. She was trying (not well) to make it clear that she had moved on. Her walls went up and he didn’t want to hurt anyone because he is a good guy.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"August 9, 2013 at 12:21 pm #203882PheeParticipantMarian was heavily pregnant when Robin stole the wand from Rumple to save her. Either the baby is Robin’s or it is someone else’s and Robin is happy to raise it as his own anyway. Since the Sheriff claimed Robin stole Marian from him, if Robin isn’t the father then the Sheriff must be. So I don’t see Robin being bitter over the fact that Marian is possibly carrying someone else’s child since he could have let her die but didn’t.
Or maybe Marian’s real name is Guinevere? (That’s rather random, so I’m mostly joking.)
While I agree Regina has a grudge against Greg for torturing her and kidnapping Henry, she also has a twisted sort of love for the little boy, Owen, whom she wanted to “adopt” (okay kidnap, but still). Killing Owen could actually be painful for her.
She relished telling him that she’d killed his father, and joked about how his grave gets no visitors. IMO, Regina has zero positive emotion left for Greg.
August 9, 2013 at 12:22 pm #203883JosephineParticipantIf Peter Pan and his crew kill Tamara AND she’s RH’s daughter, I could see Regal Hood still happening. It’s messy, but what about this show is nice and tidy.
I could see Henry and/or some of the Jolly Roger crew witness it and in true villain style (you know villains are compelled to reveal everything before the kill), PP can relate how he groomed Tamara and fed on her fears and hatred. Then BAM! Peter lets the bomb drop that she’s the daughter of Robin Hood and Marian and all her life she fought against something she was born from. And then he kills her.
Move on to after everyone is back in Storybrooke and they relate the tale of what really happened to Robin and how his daughter was manipulated. Regina doesn’t dirty her hands, all the blame is on Peter Pan and Regal Hood can move forward. 😀

August 9, 2013 at 12:25 pm #203884PriceofMagicParticipantNeal had asked Tamara to marry him before Emma showed up. If he didn’t really love her at all and only wanted to be a good guy out of guilt then I don’t think he would have allowed himself to tie Tamara down without really loving her when she could be free and find someone who did love her.
Neal believed he loved Tamara. He may not have loved her as much as he loved Emma, but I do believe there was some love on his part for Tamara. Thinking he loves her and actually loves her are too different things.

Keeper of FelixAugust 9, 2013 at 12:26 pm #203885RumplesGirlKeymasterWhat if Tamara doesn’t even know who her parents are? What if all she knows is that magic is responsible for why she grew up without them—Marian’s death couldn’t be prevented because there was no magic here and RH was taken to SB with the Curse?
