When is the next Once Upon a Time Lightning Round? — Ryan
Soon, I promise! But in the meantime, I’ll give you a tease: The destruction of Storybrooke didn’t reverse anyone’s deaths — unfortunately, The Huntsman (Jamie Dornan) is not coming back to life — but one particular death may have been undone thanks to the burning of the Shadow. Um.
Say wut
Well we all know it is Rumple that isn’t dead.
Please, no, don’t bring back Greg.

But how does the death of the shadow affect him? Rumple’s shadow wasn’t ripped. In fact, it was put back.

He was eaten! If they magically hand wave that away….*head desk*

But was it completed put back before it appeared that Mr. Gold had died?
I thought we were through with this NL nonsense.

I have literally no idea any more.
*curls up in a ball and waits for March 9th*
Seriously? I liked the Owen part of the storyline but not the way they handled the Greg part so much. It was like too much on top of too much and not enough pay off with magic versus science. Embry’s acting also didn’t wow me, but he’s been cast in movies before so I feel maybe it was the writing there that made him seem so clunky?
You know awhile ago before he died we had this theory if they did Oz there might be a connection to Greg, since Embry stared in a Oz related movie, that was set in NY and had The WWW wanting to take over multiple worlds. Watcher I think saw it (someone on the forums did) and said it was horrible so I never bothered to try to watch it. Then again, this could be a trend here for Embry….horrible movie, maybe it wasn’t the writing with Greg.
I forgot the name of the movie but it sounded eerily like OUAT in that sense of “fairytale characters in the real world but they don’t even know it” way.
“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
I’m picturing a half eaten Greg Mendel walking through the EF now trying to eat Regina’s brain.
Oh for pete’s sake, I thought dead is dead. That’s just stupid. If deaths aren’t reversed, then why on earth would the death of the shadow reverse Greg’s? This is brutal
