What’s going to happen to Henry on Once Upon a Time? — Melanie
NATALIE: Though the Charmings and their foes are working together to rescue Henry, the real question you may want to ask yourself is what happens to Henry if and when they do save him? Does he go home with Emma, Snow and Charming? Or does the Evil Queen have other ideas about his future? First, though, they’ll have to figure out why Peter Pan even wants Henry. “In the first few episodes, you’re going to start realizing what he wants Henry for, but like any good mystery, you won’t know the whole picture until you watch the whole 11 episodes,” executive producer Edward Kitsis says.http://www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-Greys-Mentalist-Nashville-Spoilers-1069676.aspx
[adrotate group="5"]August 27, 2013 at 11:18 pm #206930RumplesGirlKeymasterSo when they get home it’s business as usual between the CharMillStilkstins?
Yeah, I doubt it.

Yea, what a bummer here we go again in SB the back and forth thing with Henry 🙁

Hmmm. I like the idea of him being jealous. He does have two mothers coming after him.
And to the SB stuff: well, that wasn’t a direct quote, that was the spoiler speculating based on past stuff not future stuff.

Henry has a very idealised view of magical lands. He thought ogres were cool because he hasn’t experienced what an actual ogre is like.
Henry is 11/12 now which is on the cusp of puberty. Henry’s going to start wanting to leave “kid stuff” behind and get involved in more grown up activities.
Henry’s view of Neverland is slightly skewed by what he has read, something which may work to PP and the Lost Ones’ advantage. I don’t think PP is going to openly admit his plans for Henry but will lull Henry into a false sense of security by pretending to be Henry’s friend. Henry is at an impressionable age where the older Lost boys/ones can have an influence on him. Henry doesn’t really have any friends in Storybrooke so he has never dealt with peer pressure before.

Yes, I hope we see some of that!

Our world’s knowledge of PP was deliberately skewed just so that Henry wouldn’t automatically be scared of him.
That popped into my head sort of as a joke, but now that I’ve typed it out…maybe it’s not a completely crazy conspiracy theory? We don’t know exactly how all the stories came to our world. PP seems to be a pretty powerful guy, with ties to our world. If he wanted Henry to think of NL and PP as good times, so he can lull him into a false sense of security, then it wouldn’t do any good for Henry to have learned the truth about the place. Therefore the whole world was fed an altered view of it, because PP hadn’t originally pinned down where exactly the kid in the picture would come from, so every kid the world over for the last century or so had to believe the lie.
August 28, 2013 at 8:47 am #206968RumplesGirlKeymasterVery likely, Phee. If word got out that going to NL meant getting your shadow ripped and not being able to come home, no one would want to go there and PP would be out of luck.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"August 28, 2013 at 9:38 am #206998PriceofMagicParticipantPerhaps PP needs to kill Henry for what he needs him for?
Either way I don’t think PP or the Lost Ones are going to tell Henry that he’s going to be killed.
Wouldn’t it be sad for Henry if the “friends” he made in Neverland were only pretending to be his friends because they wanted to kill him. When Henry finds out he might withdraw into himself because he thinks nobody really wants to be his friend. This could lead to Regina and Emma actually working together out of concern for Henry and trying to cheer him up and setting him up on playdates and taking him out for ice cream to which Henry may angrily reply “I’m too old for this kid crap!” I think season 3 could be the start of a more grown up Henry.
