Where We Left Off: In order to save Storybrooke, Regina let Henry destroy the town, sending everyone back to where they came from. But Emma and Henry, whose memories were changed to believe they’ve always been together, now reside in New York, where, one year after the curse consumed the town, Hook arrived at their door to enlist them for help because Emma’s parents are in trouble.
What’s Next: Regina and Robin Hood’s potential future will be explored in the Enchanted Forest. Pinocchio, Phillip and Aurora will return, more of Emma’s past will be revealed, and more worlds will be introduced, including possibly Oz, home of Rebecca Mader’s mystery character, the Wicked Witch of the West. Plus: Christopher Gorham will play a mysterious character connected to Emma and Rapunzel.

My theory is that this writer is as confused as we are. That story makes no sense.
That’s what I’m inclined to think as well. You’d think that a site like TV Guide would fact check stuff but, “Regina let Henry destroy the town,” um no. And they refer to “Wicked Witch of the West” but Matt Mitovitch, who does tend to actually know his stuff, very recently said that she’s only known as “Wicked Witch” not necessarily “of the West.” And unless Gorham snuck back into town and no one saw him, he wasn’t in the Rapunzel ep.

TVGuide as a source for spoilers is not really trustworthy when they get things in review wrong like that. Or at least I didn’t see Henry destroy the town (it was Pan in Henry’s body, in that was rather obvious IMO), but maybe I watch a different show than TVGuide does.
Is it just my hazy memory or had there been times when there actually were more quality spoilers to find than self-important hot air like the recent stuff from TVGuide and TVLine?

TV guide (Keck) has done that in the past too I think.
Matt Mittovich tends to be better but at times there is no scoop, just speculation to hopefully hit a nerve to get scoop.

Thinking about it though it seems oddly specific the way they’ve worded that last sentence. They seem to be pretty sure that Emma and Rapunzel are connected by this guy.
The confusion is real.

Well when they were filming the Rapunzel episode they said that there was somebody else(a male) filming with them which they would not say whom it was. Likely in this scenario that means the character was Gorhams character. They didn’t want to reveal that it was him.
I swear if Gorham is gonna be the “Kathryn” character for Emma and Hook, I’m gonna be real mad. But he’s a series regular on another show so I doubt he’s here for long.
He may be Rapunzels prince though.
