Once Upon a Time fans are getting an Outlaw Queen reunion between Regina (Lana Parrilla) and Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) before the series ends! Parrilla dished to TV Guide about Maguire’s big return to the show while promoting her directorial debut episode airing Friday, April 13.
“Yes, you will see Robin and Regina in a scene together,” Parrilla said. Maguire returns in the penultimate episode of the series, but it will be a magical reunion according to his scene partner. “It is all of what you hoped. It’s beautiful and it’s Outlaw Queen. It’s their beautiful dream and their loving relationship.”

I mean, Robin’s dead. And Wish Robin is now engaged if not married to the Evil Queen. So….what?
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I know. How are they going to have real Robin? Especially, since we know they are in the wish realm, or seem to be in the wish realm. Maybe some of this is a dream or maybe Lana just doesn’t know what she is saying.

Well, they could still have a scene together. Lana could be playing both characters, or he could show up in flashbacks. Also, the Evil Queen’s name, as much as Jeremy would like it to be Rhonda, is still Regina.
It isn’t outlaw queen though unless it is real Regina and real Robin. I don’t know if the fans have a name for the evil half of Regina and the fake Robin, but they are different characters.
It is easily possible that Lana isn’t exactly aware of that. Though, it easily possible that she is aware and this is some true dream or a flashback or time travel or a corporeal visit of the dead.

I think it’s Dark Outlaw Queen but yeah, that’s the point I was making. The article says it’s everything fans would hope for and it’s Outlaw Queen but unless there’s about to be a time twisty back to life resurrection, then it can’t actually be 1) what fans have always hoped and 2) Outlaw Queen.
Maybe when she says “their beautiful dream” she is being literal, and it IS a dream.
Which is why this is the more likely situation or at least something like it.
In my mind, Robin will show up twice: once as DarkRobin who comes to the big family scene with the Evil Queen and then another as Original/Non Wish Robin who comes to Regina in a dream or memory or hallucination to help her with something. I’ve heard that Regina doesn’t end up with Facilier so maybe the Non Wish Robin is there to remind her that she can find love someday and he’ll always be with her, or something.
