What’s going on with Once Upon a Time‘s Will Scarlett? Is Michael Socha still a series regular? –Emma
I am reminded of the Facts of Life theme song’s opening lyrics as I report that, just as Sean Maguire and Rebecca Mader have been made series regulars for Season 5, Michael Socha alas will not continue to be one — which is not to say we’ve seen the last of Will, however. (This is where y’all get to dream-casting what other show Socha could now join. New Grey’s doc?)

SHOCKING!!!! I mean I am totally blown away. Well, hey. At least they gave Will a really good story that justified bringing him over from WL in the first place!

Welp, guess it made sense that at least one person got demoted to make room for Sean and Bex. Not surprised it happens to be the only new regular from last Season, and the one who got to do diddly squat.

Not surprised at this at all, glad that Emilie gets to retain her regular status though.

It would be ironic if Will gets more to do this season as a non-regular than he did last season as an actual regular.

That does it…I’m convinced…Anastasia’s dead or ScarlettQueen has broken up, thus making the ending that Alice told her daughter null and void.

I am just going to pretend that Will was never apart of OUAT to begin with. That’s the only way I’ll not get super angry over Ana and Will.

Actually, I think it’s even more likely that Will and Anastasia will reunite now. Will returning to Wonderland and getting back together with Anastasia would be a rather convenient way to write him out of the show. I honestly wouldn’t complain, since Will would at least get his happy ending.

Honestly now that he isn’t a regular I’m convinced that we’ll NEVER see what happened to Ana.

I think that we will never see him again. If that’s the case then I’m going to pretend that Wonderland happened after the fourth season.

Will’s role in season 4 could’ve been filled by any random character. They majorly screwed up with Will’s character to the point him just returning to Wonderland to reunite with Ana is a big cop out.

If he was just trying to return to Wonderland to reunite with Ana, after getting physically separated from her for whatever reason, why did he hook up with Belle if Ana was still alive and he was trying to get back to her?

If ScarlettQueen had split up before Will got to Storybrooke then the Wonderland ending makes no sense.

If Ana is dead for whatever reason, why didn’t the writers just come out and say that instead of ignoring the issue. At least one line of dialogue could’ve answered the Ana question even if we never saw her onscreen.
