The update was posted at the end of August, actually. I was just bringing it back up the other day. They also basically nixed the CW too, since their premieres aren’t until October. The update clearly said that the Blind Item is set to be revealed this month. That leaves just ABC, NBC and FOX. Here’s a calendar of all the Fall premieres. Tomorrow is the last day of eligible shows in this Blind Item, as there are no other premieres for those networks for the rest of the week:

While I still think OUAT is highly likely, Last Man on Earth can’t be ruled out. Especially based on some of these comments.
I don’t watch the show so I have no idea what it’s capable of or any idea if plot, character, ect. But now I’m not so sure either! Lol. This spoiler has been a weird one.
ETA: I guess Will Forte told fans to avoid social media? That’s pretty interesting. I have no idea who’d they get since I don’t watch but now I’m really curious
