Merida is going to share backstory with Belle.

I’ve been thinking that the ‘adventure’ Adam previously hinted Belle and Robin shared will feature Merida.

That seems likely since they did state that at some point we might learn why Belle recognized Sean as Robin when she’s only ever met Tom but that it was really Sean the whole time because…magical plot device #45632 that I’m forgetting. Clover? Was it the clover? I think it was the clover.

    Anyway.

Big part of Brave is the idea of magical transformation but seeing the real person. So…you could be on to something.

This adventure is getting very tight to the Skin Deep timeline.

Belle first met Robin during her stay at the dark castle.

Belle gets kicked out of the dark castle.

    Belle goes to the pub.

Belle goes on her yaoguai adventure.

Belle gets captured and imprisoned by Regina.

The only place this new adventure would possibly fit is after the dark castle but before the yaoguai adventure. However, The Outsider made it seem like the yaoguai adventure was Belle’s first adventure. Family Business didn’t quite contradict this as it fit with Belle’s line “It’s best if I stick to my books. They’re the only adventures I know that have happy endings” (or something like that).

All magic comes with a price!

It’s cute that you think they care about the timeline.

Yeah, they don’t very much. Roland’s age and the dates they did give for Arendelle are giving me headaches. I’ve headcanoned my way around it for the present by making Ingrid spend a year trying to figure out how to get Elsa back without giving up the hat, but the show does not strongly support that headcanon at all.

HOWEVER. The good news about my headache is that I have finished timelining the Frozen arc FINALLY and am working on getting the events added to the site timeline. Some are already there, but I’m actively making changes right this minute.

If ever there comes a time when I’m not referencing TBBT, we should probably call out the National Guard.
