We have a medical fountain of youth. It’s called plastic surgery and all the anti aging creams. Knowing that Cruella was rich before everything was taken away from her, it would not surprise me if she had a closet full of cosmetics to keep herself look young and beautiful.

Vague theory: The reason that Henry wouldn’t be taken back by the curse is that he was born in the Land without Magic. Lily, also, was born in the Land without Magic, if only just barely. So the curse might have affected Ursula and Cruella while not affecting the baby?

I am probably reaching here, but there might be something to it.
