Ausiello: Episode 15 (airing March 15) will reveal why the pirate has a quite complicated past with sea witch Ursula — and the nature of it is “far worse” than any romantic indiscretion, says co-creator Eddy Kitsis. “When you think about what would be worse than having your heart broken, I would say having your soul crushed. You’re going to see the entire flashback of what happened, with the origin of Ursula.”Question: Is Once Upon a Time actually considering a Belle/Hook pairing or are they just keeping the two busy, while Rumple and Emma are busy with the Queens of Darkness? —Linda
Ausiello: No, no, no. They’re not hinting at a Belle/Hook pairing. Belle and Will Scarlett, however, may be a different story, as you’ll see teased this Sunday. As series co-creator Eddy Kitsis notes, Belle and Will, after all, have “a lot in common,” in that “they both fell in love with villains (Rumple and Wonderland’s Red Queen, respectively), and they both hoped that these villains would be redeemed.” And they both were let down. With Rumple banished (as far as Belle knows!) and Anastasia MIA, “Anytime you have your heart broken,” Kitsis says, “you look for a way to smile again.”Question: Any Once Upon a Time scoop you can share about the infamous Cruella de Vil? –Mason

Rumpel and the charmings were snatched by the curse and taken to SB. Why does that need an explanation? Was Cruella also snatched by the curse but it landed her elsewhere? Or was it something else?

I think they’re implying that the two had another falling out, but that doesn’t mean it’s permanent. They could still get back together before Wonderland’s epilogue.

Cruella and Ursula weren’t victims of the curse, but somehow landed in our world. That’s the question.

WHERE IS ANA?!? She was the White Queen, not the Red Queen anymore, by the end of WL. That is some major ret-con there.

Ok, I was always confused as to the timing of OUATiW partly due to the discrepancies between the Storybrooke scenes in previews and the first episode. Is it possible that the events of Wonderland take place AFTER where we are in the current OUAT timeline (early 2013 apparently)? But then that would kind of take the suspense out of a Will/Belle relationship since we’d know it was temporary. I will be SO disappointed if they ruin Anastasia and Will’s relationship as they are my favorite couple in the OUAT universe.

The events of WL take place during S2. The epilogue of WL–post wedding with Alice and her daughter–takes place sometime after S2 (at least 4 years based on daughters age)
However given that no one watched wL, I’m not expecting them to stick with that canon-ending

Was the fact that took place during Season 2 confirmed in show, or is that something Adam said elsewhere? The sad thing is that most of those who watched Wonderland were probably some of OUAT’s most “die-hard” fans, and ruining that story will only upset their biggest supporters.
It should be noted that the bit about Will being let down by Ana isn’t in quotes, so it’s just the article writer interjecting with their own opinion, (which makes me want to go rant in the comments on the article, because GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT). But still, the fact that this Will/Belle ridiculousness is happening at all, and that Ana is MIA, is the fault of the writers. I’d been looking forward to seeing more of Will, and now I’m just dreading it. *sigh*

The opening scene of WL, with the stormy weather in SB when Will went into the Diner, was when the Wraith was flying through town in the S2 premiere.
