That’s a good point Phee that some of what was said isn’t in quotes. Is it possible the storm was a different random storm? Ashley and Leroy’s dialogue in front of Granny’s about how he “closed down the joint again” and is “really gunning for the customer of the week plaque” seems strange to have occurred right after the curse broke, but maybe we’re not supposed to think about it that deeply.

In the original episode the Wraith was seen. Plus A and E have said it was S2.

I know their reasoning. Wonderland didn’t get high ratings so why bother following the canon set up there. Let’s face it, it’s not the first thing they’ve retconned. And love triangles have worked out soooo well for this fandom so far so let’s just kill the two ships left that weren’t involved in any triangles. I know a lot of Rumbellers were also ScarletQueen shippers, including me. So I’m doubly screwed over with this storyline. With all Belle has been through she needs a friend. Not a lover, not a boyfriend, not even her husband. She needs a freaking friend!
I hate to be a Debby Downer but every spoiler I hear about this show just makes me want to watch it less every week.

Their reasoning is totally flawed though. They brought Will over to the main show because he was the most popular character on WL. And now they’re seemingly trashing his story from WL, which is what made people love him in the first place. What is logic?!
The thing is, if they really do want to separate ScarletQueen for good, I wish they had just kept Anastasia dead in the Wonderland finale, rather than having her resurrected in the contrived manner we got. So they resurrected her only to have her either die (again) or break up with Will? Hence I am clinging to the idea that this could only be temporary, and ScarletQueen could still be endgame. Especially if Rumbelle actually manages to get back together, which would effectively separate ScarletBeauty.
The thing is, if they really do want to separate ScarletQueen for good, I wish they had just kept Anastasia dead in the Wonderland finale, rather than having her resurrected in the contrived manner we got. Perhaps the HE between Will and Ana was the original timeline. Then, maybe there was a butterfly effect to other worlds/dimensions due to Emma’s actions in past EF, which affected the events in WL.
Or maybe Will and Ana had a HE, which was cut short by Ana going evil again or for some other reason, like her death.
Meanwhile, perhaps Will had no images of her (because in fictional London photographs and paintings were probably very expensive to get done?) so he broke into the library to see some images of her, albeit her as the Red Queen.
Personally, I would like Belle and Will to stay together. They make a cute couple, and I think they have more in common that Belle and Rumple.
