I don’t think that this baby will be a Once baby.
My guess would be that this blind item is for a new but highly successful show. I haven’t watched the other shows that TV Line covers, so I couldn’t speculate which show it could be instead of Once.
Meanwhile, Lana is a woman in her late 30s, and she has had her small bump there for a number of months now, if you look at her TV interviews. It seems to be just your average muffin top to me.
However, the Outlaw Queen storyline was written so badly, it is as if the writers intend for the character to be pregnant, or at least have that up their sleave in case Lana does get pregnant. So I expect a pregnancy at some point for Regina, but I don’t think the blind item above is referring to it.

I think Regina has heard about and knows how to use birth control and did not want to have a baby with her boy toy … I also think that Leopold and her had a sexless marriage ie no sex no baby … It was said that Leopold never stayed home with Regina so there was no marriage.

.Chances are that Regina and Leopold slept together once to officially consummate the marriage and that was it. Even if it was unprotected, it’s no guarantee that pregnancy would’ve occurred.
As for Regina and Graham, whilst they slept together in Storybrooke, in EF I think Regina may have just had him do certain things that don’t involve getting it on so pregnancy wasn’t an issue.

If Ashley couldn’t have her baby and was pregnant for 28 years and people didn’t age then logically females couldn’t get pregnant, either, before Emma came to town and started time moving again.

How awkward it would be if it turned out to be Bonnie from HTGAWM, but the spoiler says the show has been on for more than two seasons. But given Olivia Pope’s scandalous history…I agree, we should definitely not count her out.

I’m pretty convinced that this blind item is about Regina. There have been quite a few indications in the final episodes of 4A. Don’t think Lana is pregnant in real life, though, and in that case the writers will have big plans for this pregnancy and baby if they choose to do a pregnancy storyline anyway. (Noticed the large coats too, though, but still, Vancouver is cold and on the most recent BTS photos, I just don’t see it).
But the fact alone that we now know that 4B will start 6-8 weeks after the vault affair – well, if you know pregnancy math 😉
That will put Regina in a heck of a situation. Three new villains, no Robin … But she can handle it.
Emma will be her friend and eventually Robin will come back.
All the theories about Regina being barren doesn’t hold up IMO. Leopold was never a husband to her. As far as the flashbacks go, they didn’t even share a bedroom. And we don’t really know how lengthy her affair with the huntsman was. Besides, that affair was “intentional”, so Regina could take precautions. The affair in the vault definitely wasn’t something Regina had planned. Plus, true love and all 😉
I contemplated Lilly’s role too, but I just don’t want to see anymore time paradoxes. If Robin and Regina have a baby, please let them have it in the current timeline … It would surely be girl who would one day end up with little Neal … 🙂
Also, Regina does not have a star on her wrist. Robin doesn’t either. Unless of course it’s covered by his Lion Tattoo :-O But I say again. No more time paradoxes, pleeeeeeeeease. And give Regina a break. If she’s pregnant, then let her keep her child for Heaven’s sake.
And, no, you guys. It cannot be Belle. She and Rumple are already married. If this is about OUAT, it can only refer to Robin and Regina if you put together all the clues. IMO.

Yeah the 6 weeks later bit at the end of 411 sorta caught me by surprise with regards to this spoiler. Give two or three episodes to deal with big bads/ get the audience up to speed on the big bads agenda and then you’re looking at 7 or 8 weeks in SB time…that makes Regina about 2ish months pregnant. Right around the time she’d start realizing something was up.

Well, if we go really nerdy about this math part and say that a week or so had passed from the vault affair until just before the 6 week jump and then maybe a few days or a week after that will pass to get the villain thing going, that would actually make Regina 9-10 weeks pregnant, because you are actually 2 weeks pregnant at the time of conception (sorry very nerdy, but I’m pregnant, so it’s current in my mind 😉 – and to me that 6 week jump pretty much convinced me that the blind item was #OutlawQueen)
