I wouldn’t like them to include Olaf. Can’t they just make a reference to him by giving Anna a husky named Olaf? Please?
no
I wouldn’t mind if someone in Storybrooke would catch Elsa’s eye though (preferred queer).

A talking snowman works well in a children’s animated film, not so much in a live-action, low budget tv show. Think back to how bad Medusa looked, now picture a talking snowman… not a pretty picture. Plus he’d be very annoying in an adult oriented production XD
I vote for a white husky or a samoyed as a way to give the little guy an honourable mention-

So, I haven’t seen Frozen yet (I know, how that’s possible I don’t know) but I don’t necessarily think Anna has to be dead or anything…Rumple’s (at the time the urn would’ve been put in the vault, people can speculate if it is still the case) not the kind of guy who’s going to say “oh, ok, you were a threat but I see your love for your sister negates that, so let’s let bygones be bygones.” If Rumple perceived Elsa as a threat (for whatever reason) and he figures out a way to ‘bottle her up’, he’s going to do it. And this would fit in with the ‘misunderstood, not evil’ thought process. And if he bottled me up, I’d be pretty PO’d once I got out! So while the other Frozen characters may be in the present, or only flashbacks, I don’t necessarily see her sister’s death as being her only motivation for a possible desire for revenge or what have you. If she’s even the Big Bad, and not just a misdirect in the first place…
June 7, 2014 at 9:01 pm #272778TheWatcherParticipanti think Olaf should be a CGI snowbuddy… But I don’t want him to actually be apart of the show…. Like one apearence in one episode is fine, but having a talking snowman would totes break the reality of the show for me. However, changing him to be a husky would be odd…. “Do You Wanna Build A Dog” <--- that doesn't work at all xD

OLAF OR BUST
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"June 8, 2014 at 7:45 am #272820The Swan PrincessParticipantNice.
“she is aware of the threat she poses if she were to lose control of her magic again”- What if she asked Rumple to lock her in the jar because she thinks she’s a treat?
You know what I can't continue with the dead people brought back to life list I'm out of space in the signature and now we have an underworld arc this is to much I quit why do you bring so many people back to life OUAT WHHHYYYY

Olaf’s primary role was to act as a medium for comic relief. Because of this I’m afraid that he would have zero purpose in ouat and that he’d just be a weird and deleterious addition to the show. Here’s why;
Although Zelena had cgi flying monkeys, they had a purpose in that they were used to do her bidding, and the fact that they never talked meant that the low-level cgi worked adequately well. The cgi wouldn’t be good enough to allow for good facial expressions for Olaf, or to capture his character/mannerisms. Also, since Olaf is predominantly a comedic character that would mean that the existing writers would have to adapt to do comedy (I’ll admit that I have no idea if they’ve done comedy in other projects), or they would have to hire new writers to do the comedy elements (I think we can all agree that although there have been some funny lines in the show, there has never been an attempt to do an Olaf-type character before), which wouldn’t be very economical.
You’re right when you say that it’s either ‘Olaf or bust’, but not in the way I think you meant it; if they do Olaf then they really are going to have to DO OLAF. Otherwise they’ll be ruining the character we’ve come to know and love, whilst possibly ruining the entire show itself.
I vote no Olaf. Instead I suggest having an honourable mention in the form of a pet named Olaf.
How about a bichon frise? ;P
