I think the person behind Rumple could be one of the puppet parents.

Edit: Found one and yeah, I think you’re right. The blur on the lens is making the black and red look gold. Thanks, mystery solved. *grin*

June 11, 2014 at 10:46 pm #273459Crystal PrincessParticipantplz no straight Elsa
she has such a huge queer following that it would be a slap in the face. and it’s kinda bad enough we’re getting even more white characters when OUAT already has a race problem :/
I mean if they were smart they could try getting Inuit actors. In the original tale some of the characters would have been Saami/”Laplanders” though I don’t know how available Saami actors would be and most modern Saami are much more mixed, so I guess it’d be the next best thing.
I dunno just in general I don’t have a good feeling about this. I think OUAT has a lot of issues and holes that need fixing and they should have used S4 to plug them. It looks like Elsa won’t be in it too long, but still, if they’re bringing in the frozen cast, how much more in the way of new characters can we take?

And no, these books are far from being public domain, they just have been published. Of course though there could be a Jack Frost, he is a folklore character as the spirit, personification of winter, but that would have to be some very different character to avoid any copyrights issues. So, not the Jelsa you might be hoping for.
It’s kind of lame IMO because it’s like “Well you both have ice powers and sister issues sooooo!”

And having something in common is an easier way to bond, and fall in love….

June 13, 2014 at 1:20 pm #273682WickedRegalParticipantAs we speak….Oncers on Twitter are fighting hard for @TheAnnaFaith to be cast as our Elsa!
And I think I’ve joined the #Anna4OnceElsa Support Group….the girl practically lives the part. She even does free shows for kids, and elderly people as Elsa. This girl is practically our best option.
Even EOnline agrees…. http://www.eonline.com/news/550568/this-girl-looks-exactly-like-elsa-from-frozen

June 13, 2014 at 4:55 pm #273710MyrilParticipantGiven she comes close to the physical appearance of Elsa in the movies. Problem is, she looks 10 years too young for what at least the spoiler said, and I thought so before I looked up her age, but she’s indeed 18 (they’re looking for end 20s/ early 30s). One can do a lot with make-up, but why should they do such extra effort if they have a number of actresses to choose from? Unless Anna Faith is at the same time an extraordinary acting talent, because I find the acting skills a bit more important than being a look-alike.
¯\_(?????? ?)_/¯

She’s gorgeous no doubt, but they ideally need to cast a woman in her mid-late 20s, or late 20s early 30s, depending on what time-frame they’re using.
If she was put into the pot just after the point coinciding with the end of the movie then she’d need to be in her early 20s, but 18 is too young to pull off Elsa imo.
