TVLine has learned exclusively that a series currently airing on one of the Big Five broadcast networks (i.e. ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, The CW) is killing off its star in its season finale. I’m told the death will occur toward the end of the episode, which will leave just enough time for an emotional, season-ending cemetery scene in which [redacted] bids an emotional farewell to [redacted].
According to sources, the actor/actress in question has not yet been officially released from his/her contract, which has led some to speculate that the show could be setting up a <em style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;”>Buffy-style bait and switch. A well-placed insider, however, maintains, “As it stands now, [redacted] is not returning next season.”

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"March 8, 2016 at 2:38 pm #318464RainbowParticipantLook the Spoiler of Doom is back after 2 years. I cant even think what the S6 will show if this is Robin, not entering in details, but predicting lots of SQ bait and more retcon of how Robin dead has to stick while Hook could be save, let me guess Robin moved on and is in heaven with Marian, Graham, Daniel and Neal, all rolling eyes while seing the mess the idiots in SB are doing. And who is going to raise Roland? Little John?
"I offended you with my opinion? Ha, you should hear the ones I keep to myself".
March 8, 2016 at 2:47 pm #318466RumplesGirlKeymasterMy guess is that Roland will be raised off screen by Regina and Zelena.
I do have to wonder about the wording: “star.” Sean isn’t the star; he’s a secondary actor/character on the show. However, this is too much coincidence to not take seriously. Just yesterday they were shooting in a graveyard and it was a sad scene and everyone was tweeting about RIP Robin, with Larry confirming that OUAT is killing someone.
Yeah I think Robin is biting it. The only other option for OUAT is Zelena.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"March 8, 2016 at 2:57 pm #318467MatthewPaulModeratorI agree that this Blind Item just screams Once Upon a Time, and think things definitely aren’t looking good for Robin. Now I think if this does cause Regina to backslide, it won’t be the Charmings she goes after, but Zelena. Zelena may play a role in Robin’s death, and that would be enough of a reason for Regina to target her sister. Maybe that’s the real reason for having Zelena around, so that they can have an excuse for Regina to revert back to her old habits. Regina’s come to far to turn on the Charmings yet again, but her feud with Zelena remains unresolved.

@TheMatthewPaul I have never offered any elaboration on a BI.

Considering that Matt said this isn’t his story, that does give a tiny possibly hint that this isn’t OUAT. Covering OUAT is Matt’s territory, so it might have made more sense for him to do this article, if it was.
March 8, 2016 at 3:14 pm #318469RumplesGirlKeymasterIf not OUAT then Beckett on Castle, but even then….this all is a bit too coincidental, like I said above.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"March 8, 2016 at 3:18 pm #318470kranenParticipantFunny that this comes the day after the funeral scene was shot. It’s like of their last one (with Neal returning) being posted the day after a photo popped up of MRJ being in Vancouver all over again.
This really screams Robin to me.
March 8, 2016 at 3:22 pm #318471SlurpeezParticipantYeah. RIP Robin. If this is true, it really just is a knife in the back, not to mention yet another good father to bite the dust in favor of the villains.

March 8, 2016 at 4:26 pm #318477RumplesGirlKeymasterEven if it’s not to have Regina turn back to being evil against the Charmings, but to set her against Zelena, how does that show any sort of honest character development?? Didn’t we do this already? Didn’t Regina contemplate ending Zelena back in 4B and decided she didn’t want to; hasn’t she had ample opportunity to kill Zelena and refrained because that’s not who she is anymore. And more to the point didn’t we have several (several!) seasons of seeing what happens to Regina when she loses the man she loves? The only difference here is that she’s not a stable princess, it’s not Snow White, and the man’s name isn’t Daniel.
