I think that it is probably just a conversation with Snow and Charming. Maybe Snow will just tell Ella that true love’s kiss will save Henry. It could be something like that. It is possible that the scene is just some sort of weird dream sequence. I do think it is pretty likely they are going to end this whole problem with a true love’s kiss because this show likes to parallel things.

And in case you didn’t read carefully or wasn’t aware, Ginny and Josh have been filming for more than one day. This clues us that they have more than one scene. Yes, this conversation you thought of could be part of it, but judging by the days of filming, it wouldn’t be the only one for Gosh.

Personally I think it’s two scenes:
1) A scene with Henry in which they impart some sort of advice or wisdom or helpful clue that helps Henry with whatever is happening post-Gothel. This scene will also double as a way to check in with Snowing in general (how’s baby Snowflake? How’s Storybrooke? How’s life?)
2) The coronation scene (or what some people are predicting is a coronation scene) with the whole family. They likely have a more active role/speaking lines here than JMo did since it sounds like she’s only in a few moments of this scene. They just couldn’t film at the same time as JMo because of their pilots on NBC/ABC.
The first scene would take a good number of takes to film (possibly a whole day) and the second wouldn’t take as much since the coronation scene is big and involves many different vignettes.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"April 10, 2018 at 3:12 pm #346637hjbauParticipantI am aware that they filmed two scenes. The one scene we already know is the same scene that Jennifer filmed. They just filmed parts of it again, parts with Snow and Charming in them, that i am sure will be cut and pasted together. There is a second scene that we know of. I think this is the scene that is the conversation with Henry or Ella or both, probably about true love’s kiss or about some magical way to help them. Snow and Charming may linger in the back for a few scenes, but i think that there will only be two scenes of significance. There may be only two scenes period.
One is the big scene with everyone and then there is a second scene. The only part of this information that is actually a real quote is that they have “a critical role to play in the finale”. All i am saying, is that i think a conversation is most likely what they are talking about, though it could be some random magical help. There is nothing critical in this show though because no one ever dies that you don’t know is going to die. That has been true for many many years. The only deaths that were remotely surprising storywise were Graham and Neal. The rest were expected and Henry is not going to die.

Exactly, there is the coronation scene and then a potential second scene. This show barely has fight scenes, so it isn’t like there is going to be some big rescue. I think a conversation is more likely then something else. Maybe it will be a little bit of both. Maybe Snow and Charming will show up waving swords, but i think it is more likely that they will talk to Henry or Ella in the dinner or something equally as whatever.
Though, with the timeline problems who knows exactly what is going on here.

I don’t even think there’s going to be any sort of villain v. hero fight in the finale at all. Gothel is done by 720, iirc. I think the final two episodes are far more character driven than they are plot driven.

And it was said that whatever scenes we would see, it would not be a coronation. Unless there were liars about. It’s like one of you said, one of these scenes might be a dream or whatever it may be. And for the record, we don’t exactly know if it is just two scenes for the Charmings.

Yeah, that’s true that Gothel is gone. We know that they seem to be in the wish realm though, so there could be trouble because of that. I wonder if it was wish Henry in Storybrooke on the horse. I do think that there will be some sort of drama. The writers just don’t know how to write character. I do think that Rumpel is the one who is most likely to get some character stuff at the end.
April 10, 2018 at 6:51 pm #346642hjbauParticipantFor me, critical roles sounds like nothing in a show where nothing ever matters. But if we pretend that something is actually going to happen, besides with Rumpel, then information can be critical.
