Hey, everyone, watch me kill two birds with one scoop: Yes, you will see Regina be mayor again… in an upcoming flashback, to when Regina held the Storybrooke office and met the Snow Queen for the first time.

I think they’re hinting that Regina takes back the office at some point….Snow realizes she wants to use her time to be a mother to Baby Snowflake, and hands the job back to her. But appareantly something happens that brings the Evil Queen back out of Regina, including the dresses! Present Day Evil Queen Regina is coming!

I’m not sure that necessarily means Regina is the Evil Queen, just that maybe Snow can’t juggle being both a mom to Neal and mayor.

I think Regina gets effected by the mirror of the Snow Queen and turns evil again. We know its going to happen to everyone in town.

My guess is this Regina flashback will be for episode 409, “Fall.” 409 is written by Jane Espenson, so perhaps she’s returned to writing for Regina. 410, “Shattered Sight”, is apparently Emma’s next centric with reports of Abby Ross filming then.
