–the drawing of Henry

–How Pan learned about Henry

–The full (or at least mostly full history) of PP/Hook/Tink

–Shadow questions

–Does Tink get her wings back

That’s a very tall order, so I hope they don’t leave some of this hanging

We should probably keep in mind that the questions they believe are still left open and that they’re planning to answer in “Going Home” may be but a microcosm of the ones we have. I’m not sure, for example, that we should expect anything else to be added about the Shadow.

That said, it’s indeed a tall order, and it’s the reason I hate that they’re killing Peter in “Going Home” and starting over with a new villain for season 3B. We may have had enough with the “rescue Henry from Peter Pan and the Lost Boys and bring him back home in Storybrooke” part of the story, but I can’t help but feel a lot more could’ve been done with Peter if only they weren’t rushing to end the arc with his death. What happened, for example, to the backstories of Pan with Hook, Tink, Bae/Neal and the Darlings? Especially with Hook: the rivalry between Peter Pan and Captain Hook is one of the most iconic ones in media, but we barely got a taste of it! And what will happen to Tink and the Darlings going forward? Be forgotten, like Ashley/Cinderella?

Most likely you are right. But I think the scroll and how Pan knew about Henry is a HUGE question that needs to be answered.

What happened, for example, to the backstories of Pan with Hook, Tink, Bae/Neal and the Darlings? Especially with Hook: the rivalry between Peter Pan and Captain Hook is one of the most iconic ones in media, but we barely got a taste of it! And what will happen to Tink and the Darlings going forward?

In an interview with Daniel(?) Goodman one of the writers, he teased that just because we left NL in 309 doesn’t mean we won’t ever see it again. I suspect that they’ll keep doing at least Hook and PP for the rest of the season, through one flashback. We do need some information there. I hope Tink is added into the mix so we can have a better understanding of her relationship with both. And yes the Darlings too, at least what else John and Michael were doing while working for PP.

Perhaps the witch is behind it all 😮 Crystal balls are sometimes used to see the future in some movies and such… Maybe she was using Pan for her own motives? And then when she saw her plan fail, she decided you can’t send a boy to do a witches job and came to SB herself >> this could also tie in to Blues death. Some people think Blue may have been Glinda

I agree! I think the writers really dropped the ball with the infamous Hook and Peter Pan rivalry! That is the most iconic part of Neverland-lore, and they really didn’t develop Hook as a character as much as I would’ve hoped! I’m still waiting to find out exactly what “dirty work” Hook did as Peter Pan’s employee, exactly what things Tinkerbell and Hook went through together in NL, and why PP trusts Tinkerbell so much!  I also wanted to see more of Hook’s interaction with Nealfire, both past and present, as well as flashbacks of young Bae as a Lost Boy. Also, I really wanted to see how the Darling children came to Neverland to try and free Baelfire. It seems like that story can’t be put on hold indefinitely, since children actors do tend to grow up quickly.

My deepest hope for 311 in terms of flashback is that we see the following:

–PP/Tink/Hook history. (plus Bae needs to be mentioned because Dylan isn’t in 311)

–PP learns about Henry from…someone.

We know the Darlings aren’t in it so I’d wager that story is getting pushed aside for “some time in the future”

I agree that outside of 305 there hasn’t been much in the way of PP and Hook and there needed to be. I hope 311 rectify this.

Yup, and some of these characters actually suffer from the lack of those backstory development. Take Hook for example: he doesn’t exist much as a character beyond being Emma’s love interest, at least to me, as they haven’t developed other, non-romantic engaging relationships for him, unlike his rival Neal, who has Rumple and Henry for that.
