OK here is what I saw:

I would say that the person under the hood was a young man, rather than a boy. The makeup he had on seemed like dirt. He did have blonde hair from what I remember.

I think the last update they gave us was that we’d feel PP’s presence or get a hint on his whereabouts still this season, wasn’t it?

We will not see him but it will be heavily hinted at. I mean, the fact that we’re going to NL is a pretty big hint to PP. So the figure in the hood might be PP or not. From VCF’s description, we really don’t know who that is. It could be anybody.

A new character will be teased but not revealed until the third season, which show creators Eddie Kitsis and Adam Horowitz also promised would include the backstory of fan favorite Captain Hook (Season 2 regular Colin O’Donoghue).

Yes, that character is probably Peter Pan. But reveal here probably means SEE THE FACE OF. A hooded figure walking around may or may not be PP. If he’s just lurking in the shadows then we may never know who it is until S3. So again…it may be Pan. It may not. It could be Felix. It just depends on if that hooded figure shows himself during the episode.

Add to that Pan doesn’t have a definite physical description other than being a 14-year-old or younger boy. His hair color varied from adaptation to adaptation: Disney's PP was a redhead, the Hook movie and the Neverland mini-series's was a brunette and the 2003 movie and “Peter Pan in Scarlet”'s was a blonde
