Question: Will we see Peter Pan in the second half of Once Upon a Time Season 3 (premiering March 9)? I was thinking that even if he’s dead, that doesn’t mean he can’t show up in flashback or maybe in Rumpelstiltskin’s subconscious. —Natalie
Ausiello: Series cocreator Eddy Kitsis shares your fandom of Robbie Kay’s run as Pan, saying, “We definitely would like to see him in a flashback, because the character was so much fun to write. I’m not sure it will happen this season, but there is a potential.” Concurs Adam Horowitz: “We would hate to not be able to use him again.”http://tvline.com/2014/02/11/the-crazy-ones-spoilers-sydney-andrew-season-1-ask-ausiello/

The way they answered it, I don’t think we will. It sorta sounded like if they needed him, then they’d bring him back, but they don’t need him.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"February 11, 2014 at 8:46 pm #244475obisgirlParticipantAs much as I love Robbie, yeah, I think Peter Pan’s story is done. I don’t think we’ll see him again unless it’s for a flashback.
February 11, 2014 at 8:53 pm #244478TheGoldenKeyParticipantI’d like to see him return but as a redeemed Pan. Free to be good and become the Peter Pan that we all remember from the real story. Robbie Kay is just such a great actor that I’d hate not to see him back again.

I still want to know why he had the picture of Henry and why he was connected to Rumple. I hope that even if we don’t see him that that is still explained.

The picture was not explained, but Pan’s connection to Rumple was kind of the big reveal of the season! Unless you mean, why did one have to die for the other to die, which I agree wasn’t explained well at all. Rumple said it, but it was just stated like a fact. I also was curious about the Shadow, what was it and all that.
They know the fans loved Robbie, but I think they’re basically saying if they want to bring him back and it works out, they would, just like with Hatter. Robbie may not be as busy as a younger actor, but then again, all it takes is one role to book someone up sometimes.

Agreed, it feels like there’s a whole lotta history for several characters that would involve them showing Pan again in flashback. Not gonna hold my breath for it though, I guess those gaps in NL history are likely to go unexplained. *sigh*
February 11, 2014 at 10:20 pm #244486SlurpeezParticipantTechnically, if we’re ever going to see Peter Pan in the present day, he’d be Malcolm, not the kid anymore (but I think he’s dead). However, it’s conceivable we might see Robbie Kay as Peter Pan in flashbacks one day.

How did Pan get the picture of Henry?
How did Bae leave Neverland the first time (We know Pan let him go – but we don’t know how)?
How did the Lost Boys get GOAT to do their dirty work?
How did the Darlings get to Neverland?
What’s Tink’s history with Pan (He trusted her enough to enter his camp so there HAS to be history)?
And these are just off the top of my head.
