So I guess if there’s another Hook centric in S3B, it won’t involve his time in NL at all. A Hook-centric with no reference to NL would feel odd, especially in this season.

I don’t understand how there can be a Hook centric in 3B without NL so I guess we aren’t getting one.

I do think a hypothetical mini series for Neverland would be the best way to explain a lot of this. One issue in general is that aside from Hook, the other Neverland characters (Teen Bae’s actor isn’t a regular) aren’t regulars on Once Upon A Time, and they have a limited amount of centric episodes for each of the regulars per Season. The other issue is that they would need to somehow relate the events of the flashback to the present day storyline of each episode.

Yep, the more I’ve thought about it, the more I’ve started hoping for a NL mini-series, because it seems like the perfect way to cover this stuff. Must. Not. Get. Hopes. Up.

A late summer special of like 6 episodes dealing with Pan, Hook, and Tink. “Once Upon a Time in Neverland.” that’s all I ask.

Shoot I don’t want a mini series I want Neverland: The True Story

Sally do you hear that? I want a movie, after the disappointing explanation of the storybook and TeamBrothers I demand it!

I need Once Upon a Time in Neverland. I can’t deal with all these unanswered questions and the missed chance at Darling Pan is really irritating me. I know some people find it creepy because Peter’s Rumplestiltskin’s dad, but I don’t see how it’s much different from Rumbelle.

Pan kept Wendy in a cage, that’s how it’s creepy. And he threatened to kill her brothers if she didn’t do as he said.

The cage thing aside (which is a serious dampener in a relationship) the big difference is that Belle is of legal age. She is older than 18 and is around the same age as Emma, about 28. Wendy is only 13. Peter Pan is at least 340 years old, he is simply believing himself  to be 16-18.

    That too RG.

Also Pan is a manipulative SOB that would be a terrible partner for any girl, no matter what her age.

Yes I agree Pan is manipulative and evil and kept her in a cage etc. However, a few years could easily have passed before Wendy returned to Neverland. And we don’t know how long she was kept in the cage. She could have only just been put in there to keep her out of Henry’s way. Besides, even if it’s not Wendy, I believe that Peter needed something/someone to sort of better him before he was killed. A love interest would have shown the deeper layers to him that didn’t seem to be there. He abandoned Rumple; he needed something to show that he wasn’t absolutely pure evil.

regina and rumple are no more likable than peter, they were all manipulative, merciless toward the others. Of course, there are reasons of why they are like this. They all had a complex backstory and Peter, we didn’t saw enough of his backstory, only few flashbacks who are more focused on Rumple and that terrible family tree, the writers could have do so much more with this character
