Let the speculation begin. What are the two big secrets?

The Charmings and QoD have a history.

I think the first secret will be that Rumple and the QoD are in town and the second secret will be that Snowing have history with one of the QoD.

It’s the second episode back so I don’t think the “big” secrets are going to be as big as they’re trying to make them out to be.

I don’t think the QoD being in town is one of the secrets, because that won’t be a shock for us. Even the casual viewers know that the QoD will be coming to Storybrooke, thanks to the ending of 411. They’re hyping these secrets as plot twists we didn’t see coming.

Here are some options:

1) Neal is alive.

2) Rumpel’s mother is Cruella

3) Snow and/or Charming are responsible for the death of Cruella’s lover. If option #2 is not plausible of course.

4) Blu Fairy is Author

5) Chernabog is the child/ex-lover of blue fairy.

6) August comes back

7) Belle and Will kiss and/or begin to begin a relationship.

8) Snow and Charming are actually impostores a

Are the dark secret and the revelation about Emma connected?
KITSIS: Absolutely.
HOROWITZ: The stuff that we’re planning to reveal comes out of stuff that we’ve already done. It’s building off the mythology we’re already created as opposed to going somewhere completely left field.
KITSIS: There are revelations you can have about people that they themselves don’t even know about. This pre-dates Emma’s birth.

Based on the promo for 4×13, it seems like Snow’s darkest fears may involve Maleficent, even more so than Ursula or Cruella. Here’s my latest theory based on the promo . In what is most likely a dream, Snow is pleading with Mal, who is holding Snow’s newborn son, not to hurt her family, and Mal says by the time she’s done, Snow won’t have any family left. I think Snow has the dream because she fears the return of Mal, who in the past threatened baby Emma.

What if Snow’s secret involves Mal “blessing” unborn baby Emma in a vein similar to how Mal “blessed” baby Aurora in the Disney film (cartoon version)? Maybe Snow fears the same thing happening to baby Neal, who is also a product of true love. Baby Aurora was supposed to die, but instead fell under a sleeping curse when she was 16.

Could something sinister be in store for Emma? Maybe Snow was so desperate to prevent a prophesy coming true about Emma’s heart having the greatest potential for darkness, that she turned to Mal, Ursula, and Curella for help, but it went awry.

Just thought. The echo cave was supposed to force people to reveal there deepest darkest secrets, hence Emma wishing that Neal had died because it would be easier. Snow’s echo cave secret was that she wanted another baby, shouldn’t that secret have really been the one she is so desperate to hide from Emma now, or is the fact that Charming knows what this new secret is means it doesn’t qualify as a secret?

I guess what secret is your “deepest,” what you’ve buried the most internally,  is kind of ambiguous and not necessarily your darkest. But yeah, that is kind of annoying.
