I seem to have a lot of unanswered Wonderland questions which I hope a lot of them will answered during the last 5 episodes of the season. Some are just fun to theorize about. I’m creating a thread under each episode with these questions. Feel free to add your questions, answers, theories, etc. regarding this episode. Have fun! I can’t wait till March!

Unanswered Questions for WL 1×07 – “Bad Blood”

1. Does RQ know that Knave doesn’t have his heart?

2. What is the magical cloud that transferred from Ulima to Jafar? Is it her healing powers?

3. Jafar removed his ring his mother gave him before he disguised into Edwin. Is it magical? Does it contain his mother’s powers?

4. If the sultan is in the cage, who is the sultan in Agrabah now?

1. Does RQ know that Knave doesn’t have his heart?

I think she took it from him so yes. But I think she thinks that Alice got it back for him, but she doesn’t know that Will has hidden it away

2. What is the magical cloud that transferred from Ulima to Jafar? Is it her healing powers?

I HAVE NO IDEA BUT I NEED TO KNOW BECAUSE IT WAS SO STRANGE

3. Jafar removed his ring his mother gave him before he disguised into Edwin. Is it magical? Does it contain his mother’s powers?

Yeah. I think the ring might be very magical.

4. If the sultan is in the cage, who is the sultan in Agrabah now?

Mirzah is dead too so there was no air. maybe it has fallen into anarchy.

Is it possible the Sultan had a brother? Maybe Aladdin is the new sultan 😛

Is it possible the Sultan had a brother? Maybe Aladdin is the new sultan

I believe they’ve confirmed that there were no other children for the Sultan we’ve seen, which means Jasmine wasn’t in line to that throne, so I don’t think Aladdin’s an option. But I guess perhaps Jasmine’s father was the Sultan’s brother, and maybe he’s ruling there now?

5. Why is the Sultan so against acknowledging that Jafar is his son? Then & now. Jafar said that he didn’t care he was a Prince so being the heir wasn’t important.

6. Did the Sultan love Jafar’s mom? How did they meet since it appears she was a peasant? Maybe her healing powers help him in some way?

7. Where is Mirza’s mom and did the Sultan love her? Or did he just marry her for financial reasons? Maybe she died and that’s why Mirza is the youngest or the Sultan had “gotten rid of” his other children so there wouldn’t be any competition for his thrown.

Part of me thinks it’s a matter of pride now. He won’t give in to Jafar because Jafar killed his son

6. Did the Sultan love Jafar’s mom? How did they meet since it appears she was a peasant? Maybe her healing powers help him in some way?

I think he was scared of Jafar’s mother. I think his mother’s powers were used at some point against the Sultan and the Sultan saw the ring and thought Jafar might have gotten his mothers powers

7. Where is Mirza’s mom and did the Sultan love her? Or did he just marry her for financial reasons? Maybe she died and that’s why Mirza is the youngest or the Sultan had “gotten rid of” his other children so there wouldn’t be any competition for his thrown.

Good questions. I think the Sultan did love her, and I’m willing to bet that Mirza’s mother died long ago and the Sultan decided not to remarry or have other children out of respect.

1. Does RQ know that Knave doesn’t have his heart?

Answer: According to 1×11, she didn’t know when Jafar tried to torture the answer from her.

5. Why is the Sultan so against acknowledging that Jafar is his son? Then & now. Jafar said that he didn’t care he was a Prince so being the heir wasn’t important.

Answer: In 1×13, The Sultan said love had to be earned. I guess Jafar hadn’t earned that love.
