Upon rewatch…who’s the waitress?

So since the hiatus I’ve been rewatching all of the episodes from season 1 until now. As I was rewatching the Crocodile and I noticed the tavern waitress:

Now am I grasping at straws, or could that possibly be Ariel?
Though I had assumed she’d be in Neverland if we saw her…

I don’t think the waitress is meant to be anybody and I doubt whether we’ll ever find out. Time wise, she’s long dead by now since she appeared before Hook went to Neverland and this was the early days of Rumple being the dark one.

I wonder if the gypsy girl Rumple was teaching magic to in the Doctor has any significance?
