Also, I love Henry’s line about being done reading about heroes and wanting to be one. Heroism is in the kid’s blood.

I think the scene with the hall of mirrors could be when Charming risks his own life. If the netherworld into which Henry and Aurora enter during sleep proves to be too costly for Henry, Charming may willingly enter an enchanted sleep to communicate with Snow White.

Yes! He certainly takes after the Charming side of the family. 🙂

It’s not only you, since I share your insight. I believe this netherworld, as Mr. Gold called it, could either foreshadow or be an actual portal between worlds, which Cora may try and enter using magic.I’m now thinking that the title Into the Deep could refer to entering the netherworld which is somewhere between the living and the dead. Mr. Gold said that souls travel there when they’re neither fully dead nor fully alive, like when one is under the effects of the sleeping curse. I predict Aurora will also meet Phillip in that netherworld, since he was entrapped by the soul-sucking wraith. Perhaps Phillip and other trapped spirits could even help in the battle against Cora, if she somehow has the magical power to travel there herself.

November 12, 2012 at 1:35 pm #160399RumplesGirlKeymasterDoes anyone else thing Snow’s line “But now we have a way home” doesn’t sound…like OUR Snow? She sounds cold. Almost as if she isn’t Snow.

I don’t think it’s an exactly physical portal – only Henry and Aurora’s consciousnesses were transferred there during their dreams, while their physical bodies stayed in Storybrooke/FTL. It probably does mean they’re getting close to getting back, though, which is exciting 😀

I agree about the meaning of the title – it said David would risk his life to communicate with Emma and Co., so I’m betting this means that he’ll voluntarily undergo the same sleeping curse in order to reach the Red Room. However, I think that specific place can only be reached by the sleeping curse, otherwise it’d be much more populated with the wraith’s victims. That’s not to say there’s not another room somewhere else on the same plane for those who get killed by the wraith, though. It’s just that if all the wraith’s victims spent the rest of their existence in the Red Room, it’d be a lot more crowded. Aurora initially described it as having no way out, which meant that she could see the entire room, and she would have noticed a bunch of people there. But it would be cool if they could somehow access the place Philip is and he could help them fight Cora 😀

November 12, 2012 at 9:15 pm #160471hellraiser-89ParticipantYAY ZOMBIES!
November 12, 2012 at 9:46 pm #160474Killian JonesParticipantWhen Aurora gets lifted up it seemed more like when the Hat takes you to a different world but I don’t know how that would work since the place they’re in only holds their consciousnesses. I wonder if they some how use Emma’s hat to return to Storybrooke if that means that only 3 can go back still?

Well, the zombies kind of look like they are all those people in that village in FTL that Cora killed, back when they found Hook pretending to be the only survivor. At least the scenery sort of looks the same to me. And if she killed them by ripping their hearts out, it would be fitting that she could control them, hence zombies
And about the dream connection, I’m really not seeing yet how Charming would need to go under the sleeping curse to communicate, because Henry is already doing that. Plus, apparently it’s the after-effects of the curse that cause the Red Room nightmares, so if he doesn’t wake up, no deal. But I’m almost convinced that he’s gonna risk his life somehow, and it all points to him undergoing some sort of curse or something life threatening, so I think we might be missing something important here… I hope it’s nothing bad that happens to Henry 😯
PS: Don’t we get a Canadian Promo too?
