I’m also wondering how Emma is going to take it. She just lost Neal and now Henry. Seems like a bad time for Hook to make a romantic play.
How did Ariel become a mermaid?? Um she was born one…wasn’t she?
Back when it was announced that the Little Mermaid would appear, Adam and Eddy said there would be a twist. I’m thinking the twist is that Ariel was a human who the became a mermaid!

Assuming Eric loves Ariel (and let’s assume he does here), he’d probably fight to get her back, and either to make her a human again or become a merman himself. Maybe?

They are simply cursed. If they find True Love the spell will be broken. But they are probably all bitter and angry and despise humans..which makes it harder for one to actually try and love them
