Except we might not see any of those characters and even if we do their cameos will be meaningless.
On the contrary, in case you forgot, Ginnifer spoiled in an interview after s6 that she and Josh can come back soon. And this may be it if they can make.
It wasn’t definite. Just that they would be open but that was also before Josh’s pilot got picked up by NBC and I’m hearing that GG might also have something new in the works. So, things could have changed from their open availability because that’s the nature of the beast that is Hollywood. They could still make time, though. It’s possible. But I think it’ll be a big announcement and not kept hidden.
Actually big announcements don’t all get announced. Remember how they kept the big announcement about Wish Hook appearing? Logically they would do the same about others like the return of Snowing.

And i have to say i find funny, that people are not talking how it makes no sense that they said, that every single actor/actress that were in the show were invited to return on series finale, because that actually makes no sense, so if all of them said yes( and they had excluding extras, like 200 cast members btw regular, guest star or only one episode, during 7 seasons, including younger versions of several characters, Bae had 5 young actors playing the character, one was even a recast) how would they insert those 200 people in the episode?
That shows 1 thing, unlike Jared comeback, any other actor coming back on the series finale( 722), will probably be on the last minutes of the show, so they wont matter much to the overall storyline of the episode.
I`m starting to think they will try to make some twist to end the show, like for example LOST, is the only reason I see them inviting every single actor/actress to return, even the dead characters, THAT is if the open invitation is not a lie and they said that only to avoid having fans screaming with them if the characters fans want don´t return , this way they can say the actors had other things and were not available, is not like the actors will say they are lying( well except for the young Cora, she would probably would be capable of that).
"I offended you with my opinion? Ha, you should hear the ones I keep to myself".

Wish Hook isn’t the return of an ACTOR who hasn’t been seen all season. Now had Colin go off the show for a whole year and then made a return without an announcement you’d have a case but these are two different scenarios. The closest is MRJ’s brief return in the 100th episode which WAS kept hidden until about a week before the 5B premiere aired.

And I never said anything about “Wish Hook being the return of an ACTOR who hasn’t been seen all season.” And it wasn’t actually mainly about whether an actor returns as a surprise that I was talking about. You missed the point.
