Vet @ animal shelter possibly Scarecrow from WOO

OK, probably not a major player for now. But on rewatching 7:15 episode I kept wondering if the vet at the animal shelter could have a Fairytale counterpart. In Wikipedia, his name is listed as Dr. Thatcher. Thatching is made generally from straw and so is the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz. The Scarecrow was trying to find some brains but ultimately discovered he was intelligent from the start. Being the Storeybrook vet, the guy needs to be smart and having previously been a Scarecrow he naturally knows a lot about birds. Thus able to advise Mary-Margaret about the injured bird she found.
